We really enjoyed our one night break in the beautiful Bergamo Alta. The apartment was great, lovely and spacious with a living area and kitchenette, plus two bedrooms. It was too big for our needs but we got the last room available. The bathroom is a little old-fashioned compared to the rest of the place. Breakfast was great, everything you...

We had a perfect two-nights stay in a lovely room at Botton D'Oro at Vicolo Pelabrocco (not the large Via Pelabrocco, but a small street just before the bus stop for the newcommers). It had a large double bed with warm blankets of goose-down, retro furniture and a nice bath with everything necessary. The hosts were always polite and the...

Very good location inside the old town (Bergamo Alta), comfortable and clean with a great breakfast. Mrs. Sabrina left us the keys to the apartment door and the entry code of the front door so we immediately felt right at home; she is a perfect hostess, who makes guests feel like family and she makes her work with joy and...

Believe there are a number of locations stayed at the Pellebrocco location. Very good location close to the old town and also on the bus route connecting to the airport and train station and terminating in the middle of the old town. The room was clean and modern with very good sized bathroom. Unfortunately there was no one waiting at...

After a long day travelling, we prevouisly booked into this b&b not knowing what to expect. But wow, what a great place, full of home, comfortable and clean. Wonderful stay even though it was one night. Great breakfast. A stay is a must, if you enjoy a quiet area of Bergamo.

We have just returned yesterday from a three night stay in Bergamo. Having read some of the reviews on here we travelled with a few concerns about what our accommodation would be like. We were expecting noisy streets, unreplenished breakfasts and 60 steps to reach our room! Our experience couldn't have been more different. We had booked the transfer service...

First off, anticipate that if you plan on staying in the heart of the "Old Town" of Bergamo (or many other similar European towns), there probably will be some challenges (logistical and otherwise) that you will need to deal with. Such is the case with this property. It has a great location just down from the Piazza Vecchia and with...

View was superb, location amazing, the apartment was well appointed, comfortable and roomy. The big let down was breakfast, when we arrived, despite the early hour, everything was eaten with no replenishments. The staff were wonderful though and the atmosphere alone was well worth the stay.

The place is very hard to reach the streats are terribly narrow. There is no elevator and when you apply for information they say the room is on the first floor but they do not tell you there are 60 (!!!) stairs fto climb to the first floor ! Very diaspointing
