We stayed at Ca delle Erbe for 2 nights on a November weekend. Our room was new, clean, well-designed, and well situated in the center of town.(The trade-off is that it can be noisy at night.) The bathroom had a rain shower for 2, wall mounted toilet and bidet, and a average size pedestal sink. We had a small balcony...

The Ca delle Erbe was the perfect place to stay in Mantua. It was in the centre of town - within walking distance to everything. Checkin was easy - we met at the restaurant across from it. The room was huge - modern - and had a tiny balcony ( all we needed) overlooking the piazza. It came with breakfast...

We really enjoyed our stay at this elegant place on Plaza delle Erbe in the middle of Mantua. Stayed in one of the suites with original paintings on the walls and modern furniture. Breakfast was included and served at a nice cafe by the plaza. All in all a very good experience😊

A great location - right on the Piazza Erbe. This was an old building with a beautifully designed modern interior. My room - no 7 - was up several flights of stairs (no lift) but was worth the effort as it was large, well equipped and so, so cool. Couldn't be more convenient for all the sights and gentle night...

OK this is not a conventional hotel with reception facilities, restaurant and an elevator to all floors BUT you get to stay in a room (in the 'Luxury Suites' at least) with ancient frescoes and a fabulous view over the Piazza Erbe buzzing with people and activities at all times of the day and night plus a view of an...

We stayed one night in a room at the very top of the building with steep stairs and no obvious fire escape. The room was attractive but was billed as 'luxury' which it was not although the price was! There was a broken window and a broken pedal bin in the bathroom, only one pillow each and no way of...

I was in Mantua nearly a year ago. I woul s suggest a trip there to anybody ! Mantua is a quite, small town in northern Italy, crossed by the river Mincio . The origins of Mantua go back to even before the Romans, and the old town centre is really nice and interesting. The CA DELLE ERBE Hotel is...

This is not a hotel. There are several rooms in a building off the main square of Mantova. The restaurant across the square is the main point of contact. If the restaurant is closed then there is no help i.e. if you forget the code to the door you are on your own. We were not given an emergency contact...

Hotel was very stylish and the welcome by the host was very friendly and informative. We stayed in the top room up winding stairs (no elevator), which we didn't mind much! Great small roof balcony looking over the town. Location was bang in center of this great city right next to loads of bars and restaurant. Breakfast is served at...

This is considered a B & B but in fact is more like a boutique apartment complex. It is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Without doubt it's location is a real plus. 10 min. Walk from the station and overlooks the most central piazza in Mantova. This makes sightseeing and dining a breeze. The only thing that people need to be...
