Neat and clean hotel. Good value for money. Rooms were very clean (although small) bit that wasn't an issue for us. Very close to public transport (trams and the metro is about 5 Minutes walking). Breakfast was ok. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Be aware this hotel might try to scam you. I booked a room in mid May for a stay in July for €134. I entered my card details, everything was confirmed. Then a few days before going I received an email saying there was my problem with my card and I had to reconfirm. Unfortunately I didn't see the email and they cancelled my booking without trying to phone me or anything. The day later I replied with my card details and was then informed the room was still available but now at €234! The exact same mediocre room for €100 more. I replied this wasn't acceptable and I was then informed the manager would do a special deal of €180. Still €50 more for the exact same room. I phoned and surprise surprise the manager wasn't available but I said I would phone the next day to speak to him. Later that day I recieved an email and wow the manager had changed his mind and decided to honour my original booking. I don't know if this is a scam to try and trick foreign tourists into paying exorbitant prices as it was strange how the situation changed when I switched from English to Italian. To be fair the receptionist I spoke to was very helpful as was the one at the hotel when we checked in and I don't know if they have to follow their manager's instructions, so I'm not complaining about them. I won't be staying here again after this experience.

Dark gloomy and unwelcoming place Tiny room with bathroom carved out if a corner of the already small bedroom. No lounge or sitting area. No tea/coffee in the room. Miniscule TV high on the wall. Feels like a cheap hostel, certainly not worth what we paid! Very disappointed.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The room has a full fridge and a safe. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very rich and fresh. It is located near a shopping street and 7 mins walk to metro line 1 or 2.

We had a very brief overnight stay in Milan, July 16, 2019, as part of our France-Italy-Germany trip. There were three of us traveling together for our 'girls trip' that summer. The hotel is very unassuming from the street and maybe even a bit 'plain' but it is much more than that. Like many older buildings in Europe, you need to get in past the 'street doors' to view interior parking, courtyards, etc. The black iron elevator cage was a classic and delivered us to the 2nd level Reception area. Language was a teensy bit of an issue, on check-in, but we managed just fine … We should have had better Italian! Check-in was great, and we were taken to a spacious, well air-conditioned room with an ample bathroom. The old fashioned key had to be turned in to the front desk when you left … and that worked well, as I wouldn't have wanted to be responsible for it off premises. Our room's floor to ceiling windows with shutters opened on to the narrow street and we loved its charm. We had a double bed and twin bed, and there was plenty of room to stretch out and accommodate the three of us .. and our luggage. The front desk was very helpful and guided us to an outstanding restaurant for dinner. Air conditioning can be tricky in Europe but the air con in our room was excellent and easy to control. The hotel is situated in a central area within walking distance of shops, transit, bars and restaurants. The breakfast room was well situated and we enjoyed an above-average self-serve continental breakfast. We will never forget the delicious peach juice! We felt safe and secure in this hotel and would definitely return if in Milan.

We booked this hotel because it has nearby a private parking and it is quite close to the public transportation. For a one night stay it was ok, but very dissapointed about the room and the recepcionist that would not change it. The room was clean but it was a rainy and cold day, so we turned on the heat on the AC. Well, what could I say? It did not stop afterwards. It was making a noise that did not stop all night long and when showing it to the receptionist, he said he could not do anything and why did we turned it on and that we have to endure that noise all night long because he hasn´t got another room. We woke up more tired than ever and had to drive 1000km like that.

This hotel is the right choice if you don't want to spend too much, but still be able to sleep in a nice, comfortable, clean and renovated place. With the information given in their site and a little help from the locals, we managed to find the place pretty easy (starting from Milan Central station and using the metro). First of all, the metro station CONZILIAZIONE is situated at approximately 5-8 minutes in foot. It's super easy to get there and you won't need another transport if you stay at Panizza. Duomo di Milano is 15-20 away from the hotel if you take the red metro line. Secondly-the hotel. At the street you'll find а yellow sign, which indicates the entrance. We had to press the button and say ,,We have a reservation". Then you take the lift and go to the second floor. There is the reception. The lady that welcomed us was very kind and helpful. We left our luggage in the luggage room, because they needed 10-15 minutes to clean our room(we were there earlier than 14 o'clock, that's why. After that we received a card for the room and a key. We used this key to open the door leading to the hotel at night. The rooms were probably the best and the most unexpected part of our trip to Milan. We had a double room with balcony. It's not big, but definitely not the smallest I've been to. In the room we had AC, TV, Safe, fridge; hairdryer, bidet in the toilet. Maybe the only thing that I didn't fell in love with was the sound when someone was walking outside my room. I felt like the steps were in my room, but that happened 2-3 times a day. Nothing that can change my opinion on this place. I was impressed by the cleaning staff. Our bedsheets and pillow covers were changed every day. The rubbish was taken out, the toiletries were also changed. They even spent to arrange our shoes that were thrown around the room. I should also thank the guy on the reception, who was also very helpful and called us a taxi in the morning TIP: The metro station opens at 6 in the morning. Of you need to be early at Bergamo airport, that's very late. Just ask the reception staff to call you a taxi. You'll be at the Milan central station in about 8-10 minutes. The driver will know exactly where to drive, so don't worry. Just say that you need to go to Bergamo by bus. The ride is around 18-20€. I can't give my opinion about the breakfast as we didn't pay 5€ a day to eat there. And that leads me to the next point. Shops and restaurants. I definitely, definitely suggest that you don't go to Carrefour, despite it being just outside the hotel. It's super overpriced and you don't have a wide variety of products. Just spend 5 minutes walking and use Google Maps to find MyAychan. The price difference is huge and you can buy everything from there. We bought things to eat in the morning from there and the price didn't exceed 5-6 € for both of us. As for the restaurants, I can't help you much. We were there in August and almost everything was closed. We were eating at different places every time. What I regret trying just one time is eating Gelato from the shop in our way to the metro station. You'll see the place, as it's on the crossroad that's on your way to the Metro. It was something like 5-6€ for me and my girlfriend, which was the least we were able to find in 4 days. .

Room, for 1 person, good. Bit small though. Very warm with air condition, toilet etc very clean, nice toiletries (hand soap, shampoo etc), could have a close cupboard for your clothes. Stuff very polite and helped a lot. Very good breakfast, Internet not very good, could have sleepers as well.
