The hotel is about 20 minutes by bus to the city centre which only costs 3 euros. The hotel itself is clean & tidy and the staff very welcoming ans happy to solve your problems.

We were going to have breakfast but as we looked at it, it didn't seem of choice for 15 euros pp.

The rooms were very big with a beautiful bath. The water in the area is heavily chlorinated which you could smell.

I feel the room could do with some elegant touches like cushions on the bed and sofas to brighten it up.

Overall can't complain and value for money

We booked a room here due to last minute change of plans and were impressed with the space and vibes, if not the location. Per other reviews we knew we were not going to be in the midst of tourist attractions and since we were only there for my injured wife to recuperate for a few days, that was fine by us. The room was lovely with updated vibes, nice finishes and lots of space. The foam mattress was the most comfortable of our 3 week stay in Italy. All staff we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping, were warm and friendly. It’s €16 per person for breakfast and I can’t say if it was worth that price or not because we didn’t try it. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There were small food stores and a grocery close too and a microwave and mini fridge in our room. We like to see “the average side” of places we visit, so the location was perfect for that and mass transit is easy and convenient if traveling to the city center without a car. A late checkout time of noon was really handy. Overall this place is a fabulous value for the money so long as you can manage the location.

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel (room 3109). The hotel is in the city but not in the center. However, it is relatively easy to get to all the tourist attractions by taking bus 57 or tram 12 to the center or Carolli M1. It costs 2 euros per adult and free for kids. You can buy the ticket at the lobby. The area has decent dining and cafe.

The hotel room is very spacious (a lot bigger than a typical European hotel room) and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The cleaning crew does a pretty decent job daily. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help us with directions. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights in one of the Naked Rooms, and it was great. The bed was huge and very comfortable. All amenities in the bathroom were very good and the addition of the terrace was very nice, it was on the ground floor and we were worried we’d feel we were on the street but this was not the case and our stay was great. We didn’t have breakfast at the property but we did see it laid out and it seemed nice. There was great access to transport from the hotel to the city centre, it took around 30 mins on the metro and bus. There is a bus stop not very far from the hotel which was very good, the tram stop is also very easily located. The hotel itself was very clean and safe, I believe after midnight they put shutters down and you have to call reception for the doors to be opened. I lost my earring in the sink and the lovely people at the hotel managed to retrieve it for me, I was very grateful and it’s so great to see that they go above and beyond for guests. We also loved the addition of all the mini kits in the room, more hotels need to do this as a lot of hotels have become so basic and don’t even provide a good old sewing kit! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family friends.

The Milan Suite hotel is a not too big suite hotel with well-fitted rooms and large bathrooms. The staff is very attentive and very friendly and accommodating. They have numerous little offers like flavored water and sweets that make the stay more pleasant. The air con makes the rooms very cold while being away and the showerheads could be optimized. They do habe a couple of new/themed suites which look great.

This was our first trip to Milano.
The hotel is not in a pretty neighbood but not scary. Much larger from the outside than I thought.
The taxi driver knew where it was. The check-in was quick and efficient. Staff very polite and solicitous.

We had booked a Naked room. The aesthetic was open, uncluttered, simple. Ours was a little too uncluttered: there was only one plasticy chair in the room although the booking photo showed a second. With a hassock. We had to request a chair be brought in.

The room was clean with modern looking fixtures in the bath area. I say bath but there was no bathtub. There was a nice large glass-walled shower with a handheld wand, a 13 inch square "rain" showerhead and a wall mounted waterfall outlet. Unfortunately the overhead showerhead was clogged shut. Curiously with so many water outlets the hotel-provided soap bottles admonished you to turn off the water while soaping up. Mixed signals.

Among the other furniture was a small table with a corrugated surface, useless for writing. The bed was firm, the way I like it. The headboard had some curious attachments I didn't see on their website but whose function was easy to guess if you're into that stuff. It might go along with one of their offerings: a love kit with a "lelo" gift (google it).

Breakfast was very nice with wide selection on offer.

Overall, our stay was pleasant enough but we will probably stay somewhere else now we have a better idea of the geography of Milano.

We stayed in one of their "Naked rooms," which was a very unique experience, perfect for couples! We loved the hydromassage showers and the bathtub, it was very different indeed from other hotels Overall, the design of the hotel and room is quite modern and nice. It was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, it is however located a bit further from the city so people without cars may find this an inconvenience. We wanted a special experience and couldn't find it in the centre of Milan, so it really depends on what you are looking for.

Very warm welcome when we arrived. Superb location with a bus (No 57) right outside your door running 24hrs a day. 3 day travel pass for all transport, buses, trams, underground & trains costs €12.......amazing value. The area the hotel is in is a more residential area which is good for quiet at night!. Rooms have amazingly comfortable beds, a fridge, a microwave, TV, a save and coffee/tea making facilities. Bathrooms with huge bath & separate shower. Rooms were cleaned daily.

There's a supermarket just down the road and an absolutely amazing restaurant 4 mins walk from hotel, on opposite side of road, if you turn right as you come out the front door.

Breakfast was delicious with choice of hot food (small amount), meats & cheeses, pastries (delicious), breads, cereals etc. Beautiful latte coffee also.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. You won't regret staying here. All the staff were really lovely and friendly.

Staff was friendly, we were upgraded to a suite with a small garden/patio. Rooms were clean and modern. There is a bus stop right outside to take you to central Milan but the location itself is uninteresting. I would say this hotel is ideal for couples. The room design was quite nice. However do note room service is not 24/7 (the reception however is)
