Stayed here last week on business, was due to stay for two nights but being in that room for 24 hrs was enough for me so I decided to check out and find somewhere else. The rooms really do need some attention I know it's a 3 star hotel but you do not expect stained duvets and lights so dark...

If you are fond of mental asylum's then Hotel 38 is the place for you. It's small, box shape rooms, complete with cold tiled floors, white washed walls and lack of anything hospitable make it a fantastic place to test your sanity. The wall in my room bore the words "Happiness is not a destination, it's a way of life"....

If service and help are important to you while away from home this is the place for you. Micheal and his mom couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast, with Nickolas, was quite good and fresh. Location was a short distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation. I'll be back.

One of a kind hotel who provide art gallery in lobby and floors by different artists, new ones several days a week. (My first buy of autentic art EVER),! The lady in charge is super sweet and caring. Rooms fun, clean and inviting. I am really happy :)

Hotel 38 is trying to be a fancy hotel, but fails into a basic one. The nice lobby with modern paintings, the tiny lifts with newspapers as wallpapers or the dining area with pretty furniture can’t cover the lack of comfort of the rooms. I stayed in a single room not bigger than a cell, smelling of smoke, with horrible...

Small hotel in milan italy. Only 25 minutes on foot away from milan centre. Breakfast was average. The air conditioner in our room was faulty, we reported it to receptionist almost twice a day. It was never fixed. On the third night we were offered more blankets. They even asked us if we can fix it ourselves!!! The walls are...
