First time in Milan and first time in NH Collection. I would like to begin with the location, which was extra convenient, circa 5 minutes walking from the Duomo. The hotel welcomes you with still, sparkling and aromatic water, jellys and meringue cookies. The service was excellent. To my opinion the big trump card was the breakfast, which was plentiful and extremely tasty. There were around 12 different juices, including fresh squized, sparkling wine, 3 types of tea and several of milk. For eating there were so many savory and sweet choices, from italian cheeses and cold cuts, pizza, eggs, bacon to donuts, pancakes, seasonal treats, due to Easter celebrations (like chocolate eggs etc.). ...Congratulation for the quality and the variety of the breakfast. Regarding with the room, it had great view, but it could be bigger. The bed and pillows were really comfort. The room amenities were very good, including hair mask and hand cream, but I think the renewal at least for shampoo and shower gel could be everyday without demand. The bathrobes were so fluffy. One drawback is that the glass sink overflown every time we washed our hands and the result was us to become wet allover our clothes. The common areas, like the lobby,corridors and the toilets were impeccable: clean and very modern. After the check-out they let us leave our luggage as long as we wanted.
To conclude, it was an adorable experience and we would visit this hotel and NH Collection for sure.

Even during covid you get to choose what you want for breakfast. There is a plexiglass in front of the buffet and you tell the staff what you want.

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are also nice. When you exit the hotel you can already see the duomo and within less than 5 minutes walking you are in front of it.

The only negative aspect is that you have to pay for parking additionally but the people in the garage are also very friendly.

I came to this hotel for my birthday with my daughter for a few days in the winter. I can honestly say it was a 5 star experience. The staff is just unbelievably kind and caring. My daughter got sick, they waited on her, made her a special tea and sent up extra supplies to the room at 1 am!!! The breakfast buffet was equally as impressive, the staff (Asiana and Carmen-just to name a few) was so helpful, they bring you whatever you ask for and try to make your stay unforgettable! I will definitely return!

The room we booked and the room we received was not the same. Even though I booked directly with the hotel on their corporate website my receipt did not explain what room I was being charged for so I did not have proof of exact accommodation other than an exorbitant charge for two nights stay at this location. Please be cautious when booking on their website and if you get a receipt please make sure you confirm the room you booked is accurate.

I was supposed to have a junior suite with a view of The Duomo and instead ended up looking at the back of the hotel building and the roof of the restaurant. I paid close to $1,300.00 for one nights stay and was told that my cancellation for the first night would not be honoured even though we gave them 48 hour notice and they took well over 24 hours to communicate this was not possible and I would be charged. I did receive a credit for some of the cost however, that was only valid in their restaurant or bar and I paid parking separate because it's privately owned. I tried to make the best of it but there was no senior manager on duty when we checked in and checked out and had to explain or situation to many people which wasted or time especially when we arrived after 7:00PM for a single nights stay. I stayed in four other hotels in Italy and had better rooms in three of them.
This hotel was the worst especially when you have a server at dinner hovering around trying to serve you food before you even have a chance to get a glass of water or glass of wine. We had a busy day, wanted to relax a little and felt pressured to make a food selection before we even had a chance to enjoy the restaurant or something to drink. This restaurant should only be open to breakfast and lunch because there is no ambiance and bright lights. I also had to order my third wine choice at dinner because the other two bottles were not available.

I don't usually do hotel reviews but I travel for business in Canada, US and Europe and this place was beyond words. I'm not into drama and usually suck it up but I'm compelled to share my experience. The only thing that was really good was the breakfast and that is something they are known for so at least that information was accurate. There are lots of other hotels in Milan and my suggestion is to make another selection if this one comes up for booking.

We assure that all our efforts were focused on finding the best solution possible. According with the reservation conditions for a not refundable rate, it is not possible to get a refund. However even if we did not have communication in advance for the first night no show, we made an exception for you. The credit offered at our Restaurant in fact had this purpose and we are sorry it was not enough and it did not meet your taste despite the several changes made during the service. We ensure you that we did all our best and we are sorry you had a different perception. We are aware it not possible to gain the heart of all the Guests. Being the last stop after one month in Europe we were very disappointed in the hotel. We arrived about 30 minutes before official check-in and after completing the obligatory paperwork we were told that we could take an inferior room or come back in 30 minutes to collet the keys. We decided to come back to collect keys but instead had to wait in line again whilst everything was again checked and finally arrived in our room - Junior suite top floor.
The room was not very clean and the bathroom had a dreadful smell. We thought that it might have been the pipes. The next morning, the only towels that were replaced were the bath towels, not hand towels etc and none of the amenities (shampoo conditioner, shower gel were topped up). The mini bar and coffee station was aso not replenished. My husband asked about eggs and was told that someone would come and take his order - this never happened and there was no bacon or scrsmbled eggs in the Baine Marie. The second breakfast, he managed to place an order which he had to check on a couple of times before it arrived. I am a believer in getting what you paid for and it felt to us like we had poaid for a 3 star motel. We have used your chain previously but I assure you that it will be the last.

I stayed in the nh collection president for a month on a business trip including a 2 week quarantine.
The service and help from the staff was amazing. Genaro at the front desk was very accommodating at getting us our essentials while in quarantine and very friendly to deal with.
When out of quarantine The staff was very friendly and humorous. They remember us every day at breakfast and were always very attentive especially Carmen who was just terrific. She remembers what we liked to eat, always made us laugh and made us feel very at home. When leaving she made us a special treat to remember them by which was a unique experience.

So mediocre, especially at this price. I don't know what it takes to be a "5-star hotel", but making guests have a pleasant stay is clearly not one of them, for this hotel. This hotel disappointed us in so many ways, I don't even know where to begin.
* I had to repeatedly call the front desk, and ask if coffee capsules were supposed to be included in our room, every day. The front desk repeatedly said "yes." But at least two days in a row, the coffee capsules were not delivered.
* I once did a call to the front desk at 1 AM, to have a few things delivered that I needed. An hour later, nobody had arrived.
* The heating / AC unit in the room did not seem to operate correctly, and there was no way to adjust the temperature.
* The water kettle was fault and leaked all over the place. When I tried to move it to an easier place to access, it ended up blowing a fuse and cutting all the power to the room. (so I had to call maintenance again.)
* I don't like paying an automatic 12 euros fee for room service, on top of their exorbitant prices. (33 euros for a bowl of minestrone and a cup of tea? Really?)
The hotel has a good location (though there is a large, loud construction site directly in front of the building.)
I urge you to find another hotel for your stay in Milano. And I will think long and hard before I ever stay in another NH hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located, a stone's throw from the major attractions in town. The staff goes out of their way to pamper their customers. Check-in was swift and efficient. We were led up to our room by a lady executive from the front office and shown around the room, which is rare! (apologies, I did not make a note of your name)
The rooms are spacious, with great beds and pillows. There is no noise where we were placed. Bathroom amenities are adequate and also include dental and shaving kits. There is a hair dryer, slippers and bathrobes but no ironing board. The hotel runs a full laundry service, though,
The breakfast is elaborate and includes both cooked and continental items.
The restaurant offers fine dining and a range of wines with efficient and friendly staff. Our special thanks to Maria, Alfonso, Kristain and Gessica, who work very hard in the restaurants with impeccable service and pleasant manners.

It’s my fourth stay here and the hotel is always an outstanding experience!
The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated as well as very comfortable with great bathrooms with plenty of space as well. Beds comfortable and the room also extremely clean - as is the rest of the hotel.
The staff is so serviceminded, friendly and simply amazing!
The service provided is beyond impressive and they’ll always go the extra mile trying to make sure you’re happy. They also replied to my e-mails immediately when I reached out to them before my arrival at the hotel.
Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of top quality food.
The location of the hotel is perfect -just few steps away from piazza duomo and in the middle of just about everything.
We can’t wait to come back as I know that this hotel will never disappoint me and I’ll always be looking forward to yet another amazing stay.

Right at the bat, the check in was a pleasant and very welcome. Matteo made it very nice experience. And, the front desk people & concierge were always there to help. Then, the breakfast next day, Kerlly's & Carmen's team made all breakfast times very pleasant enjoyable. There was a great surprise to us, not just the valentine's day but every morning they have given us the special plate with heart shaped cookies and some exotic fruits. Our stay was all pleasure, housekeeping was very nice and helpful. We generally do not use the housekeeping everyday, we want always some privacy, whenever we need some extras they have provide us. This stay became the top five of our vacation stays. Thanks guys please keep up the good work. Even the room, specially the bathroom was very small.

Hello, you could take the bus 60 at Stazione Centrale P.Za Duca D'aosta and leave at C.So P.Ta Vittoria (Camera Del Lavoro). A taxi wil be more faster, confortable and could cost you perhaps around 13 euros (10 pounds). I recomend to check the web: rome2rio Buon viaggio.
