Visited Milan middle of October and stayed at Soperga Hotel. It was an ideal hotel, very close to Central station. If you get the bus from malpensa it is within walking distance from the station. The rooms are quite big for a city hotel, personally i thought the beds were very hard but my husband suffers with a bad back... More

We stayed three nights in the Hotel Soperga watching the Europa Cup match against Southampton. The room was very small but had a balcony and was very clean. The en suite had a good shower with plenty of hot water and soap, shampoos, Breakfast was the usual fare of bread/rolls, cheese, ham, cereal, fruits etc with plenty to eat and... More

Clean rooms but thin walls (if you are interested in your neighbors activity, no worries, you hear it). The staff in the reception is helpful and friendly, but does not overdo it. A good price/service ratio.

We stayed 2 nights and found the location excellent - about a 300metre flat walk to the main railway station and about the same distance to the metro station on Loretto. Rooms were a good size, very clean and quiet. We found some of the desk staff unhelpful and unfriendly (too busy playing on the internet than assisting) but others... More

Staying in Bicocca

Neighbourhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
