The hotel is large and adjoined to the Ibis next door.
Great checkin very friendly and helpful receptionist
Upgraded as I’m a gold member and the room was pleasant, with dressing gown, water etc
Relatively quiet room, standard amenities and clean
I had dinner in the restaurant and charging to your room is a hassle (even if you leave a credit card deposit at check in) so I had to pay separately (which makes my expenses a hassle). Dinner was ok, quick service

Breakfast let’s the hotel down a little - it’s got a good selection, the buffet is well maintained and staff are helpful and attentive. But...the “hot” food is cold. I asked for a cup of tea and was shown the buffet station where the “hot” water was in a glass coffee jug on a hot plate. It was luke warm - you need boiling water for tea.

That did it for me. I cancelled future reservations. Breakfast isn’t cheap and for a cold “hot meal” and cold tea. I won’t be back. Shame

So my partner & I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights & it wasn’t too bad. We stayed in room 111 the room it self was very spacious, the air conditioning was working perfectly fine, the staff were really helpful & friendly, the room was clean & we were given water in the fridge ( free of charge) the location of the hotel was about 7 mins walk from the metro which was handily considering that transport in Milan is very expensive. However the only downfall of this hotel is that breakfast is awful !!! The food is served cold, there isn’t much to choose from, if you want a hot drink they have to make it for you & sometimes they’d forget that you have asked for a hot drink so your constantly asking for your drink which we found annoying nevertheless it was an enjoyable experience

I booked a holiday through British airways and chose this hotel out of the options. It looked really nice and although slightly further away from the city centre I checked the metro and knew it would be easy to commute. Really easy check in, was given all the information about the breakfast service (I had this included) and about pool times. I had chosen a single room but I was given a double, the room was big and spacious and was everything I needed for my break. Breakfast was similar every morning but there was enough options to switch it up across the days, they even had soya yoghurts and I believe I saw soya milk (on my last day 🙄) The pool was really nice, it didn’t ever get really busy/noisy/rowdy, there were towels you could use, just needed to ask the life guard. Everyday 2 cartons of water were put in the fridge of my room, really great as it was quite hot, I did buy a big bottle from the super market (only 10 minutes walk away) just to keep me going. The restaurant prices were quite high so I ventured off to find food on the some the evenings. Metro is only 5/10 minute walk away and there are links to the San Siro Stadium (highly recommended a tour) and you can go to Zara station and change trains to get you to the Duomo square. I would definitely stay here again, it’s exceeded my expectations after reading some of the reviews! This was my second solo trip and it has made me want to come back and explore other areas of Italy!

We stayed for a long weekend . The hotel is very nice , the rooms were large with high ceilings and nicely decrated as was the rest of the hotel .
Breakfast was very nice great selection and very nice staff . The reception were very nice and very helpful , answering any questions we had . But one member of staff called Markita in reception when above and beyond the call of duty , she was fantastic . We will certainly reccomend this hotel to all our friends .

I’ll start by saying that I’ve stayed in a lot of Novotels, so know what to expect, basic but functional. It works, it’s cheap but it’s clean and safe, normally!
There is parking, underground, which is safe but there are some strange market stall vehicles parked down there.
From the end of September the pool is closed and, wait for it, they also turn off the A/C. We stayed in October and it was so hot in the room, it was in unbearable. I don’t understand why they would just use the temperature, rather than a date, to determine if the A/C is operating or not. So we slept with the window wide open, four people sleeping in a small and very noisy (from the trams, traffic and people) room.
We had a family room, which was classic Novotel, but really really tired. There was a bidet, for what I have no idea (aside of the obvious, that no one uses) and a toilet, in the shower room. Normally, they have a separate toilet and shower room, making it far easier for a family of four to practically use the room, not here. The bathroom needs to be ripped out and refitted, do the room at the same time, and please fit more electrical sockets, two is not enough.
We were 4 in the room but had to request two extra towels, they only put 2 in the room, surely this is simple stuff.
The shower is powerful, too much water for the plug to cope with, causing water to flood onto the floor.
The whole reception area has had some investment but the other spaces are desperately in need of a make-over, doors and floors are tired. Simple things, none of the toilet seats were securely fixed, in the men’s at least, and everything just felt like it would benefit from a splash of bleach.
The location is great for Milan, the metro is a 5 minute walk and gets you into the city in less than 20 minutes.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. We were greeted with a warm reception on arrival after an early start travelling, and our room was ready despite us arriving slightly early.

Unfortunately I sprained my ankle on the first day of the trip whilst in the city and this meant that I spent the second day of the trip in the room all day. The hotel has its own app and I used it to request some ice to be brought to the room, which they brought up straight away, which was so appreciated. The TV in the room had lots of channels (albeit most in Italian).

We hadn't planned on eating at the restaurant as thought we would be out and about but due to the reduced mobility, we ate here that night. The food was really lovely. The location of the hotel was convenient for the metro.

Thanks again to the staff for being so helpful.

3 nights booked via Groupon. Supposed to be 4*, but more 3*. The pool was closed and the gym available for an hour providing it is booked in advance. The room was basic. The lifts were unreliable with at least one out of order so we used the stairs. The safe in our room didn't work. Paper cups for limited tea, coffee and small sachets of milk. Restaurant open from 7pm for dinner, but expensive. Certainly would not recommend, The staff had limited English language therefore we were unable to ask for recommendations where to eat outside of hotel. Even when we went to explore, most bars don't open until 7pm but we weren't advised. Continental breakfast was on offer with some hot food. My daughter had scrambled egg during our first breakfast. Within half an hour was vomiting and sweating. Spent 30 euros from pharmacy to calm tummy and stop sickness, but it meant that our time was spent in hotel room instead of making most of the City.
The hotel often smelt of cigarette smoke and inside stairwell smelt of urine. This is more of a business hotel.

The room was not very large however the bed was comfortable. The drapes required repairs which were not done while we were there. Bottled water was provided free of charge daily. Breakfast cost 15 Euros per person/kids eat free. Conveniently located about 2 blocks from the Ca Granda metro stop and about 20 minutes to Milano Central (train transfer required) Located in a residential area with few food options.

Worst ever possible breakfast system and NOT BECAUSE OF COVID MEASURES.
They oblige you to stay for 40 mins cue with insufficient personnel managing breakfast that you cannot pick on your own. Just came back from other facility with breakfast Covid measures and in no way they have such a disorganized slow stupid system.

Milan is one of out main destinations in Italy. Milan is great unfortunately the hotel was not.
We booked for three nights, the employee looked at the system and said „two nights?“.

The breakfast was disappointing for a 4 Star hotel. The only vegetables were tomatoes. There were no cut fruits exzeptionell pineapples. Oranges weich you have to peel yourselves were only available once.

The atmosphere was like being in a canteen.

One of the lifts were not in order and remained out of order throughout the day.

As a Gold Member I am entitled to a welcome drink and a Upgrade. I did not get any. I would not even way that the staff tried to be friendly.

We booked and paid for the parking when we checked in. When we checked out, we were asked to pay 54€ for the parking. We declined because we paid for it and it was stated as well in our booking confirmation.

If i were to revisit Milan I would look for a better hotel which treats guests better and understand what it means to be a Member.
