Small rooms with little amenities.. They don't provide ironing boards, or flatiron. Laundry is expensive and they actually told me a different price at the lobby. In general mediocre service for a supposedly nice hotel and not a cheap one.

Typical medium level business hotel. Pros: wonderful shower; late arrival is available; professional service at the reception; clean hotel; €100 per single room. Cons: standard rooms are small; breakfast is below average; top newspapers are not available in the hall; shower soap pretty poor; Small TV;

I can't for the life of me figure out why this is rated a four-star hotel. Breakfast was average at best. Room was certainly not spacious. T.V. was small and there was only ONE channel in English. On the plus side, the shower was bigger than average and there was plentiful hot water. Breakfast staff was friendly, desk staff less...

I visited the hotel for a business trip for three nights in December 2016. The room was spacious and clean however it lacked a kettle! The amnesties were great. I had some problems with the internet connection on one of the nights despite the fact that I was told by the receptionist that there was a router right outside the...

In my mind the price-quality ratio of the hotel is good but not excellent. If one wants a hotel with basic facilities including nice Italian breakfast, this could be your place. Although there is a decent lobby this place is mainly a place to sleep after a day in the city - or at the university as it was in...

Stayed here under recommendation from a friend and we couldn't have asked for better. Our room was great and spacious and had everything and more of what we wanted. The reception, restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. They made us feel home in this cold business city and gave us all the attention we needed. Close to main areas of...

Stayed five nights on a conference/working trip. Comfortable rooms, better service than I expect in Italy, good light, decent wi-fi. Very close to restaurants, easy walking distance to canal district, on tram lines for getting around. Didn't have to pay myself (not particularly cheap), so can't comment on value for money.

Attractive and well-run hotel. Helpful staff with good English. Free Wi-Fi. Room rate competitive on-line, less so from the front desk. Near to University, though Duomo/La Scala area is a good 20 minute walk away (or use tram route 24). JR

Excellent staff - very helpful with good English. Standard (but tasty) breakfast menu, conveniently located to university and sights of city. An easy walk to the Duomo - some interesting neighborhood restaurants nearby.
