Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The staff is nice, the hotel is in a good area, the only and biggest problem was the room quality. Its clean for sure, its just só poorly renovated. The paint from the walls are almost coming down - there are some places where they tried tó fix it, not so well... If you want tó flush your toilet by pressing the button, you can't. The only way to flush it, you have to take off the whole lid and take out the water plug. Anyway, the breakfast is okay, plenty, but for that price don't expect something fancy. If you coming for a concert, or you just need a place to sleep while you're here and not spending a lot of time here, its okay.

Me and my fiance stayed here for 2 nights in August. It was a little bit further to the city center than we expected but there is a regular bus. If I remember correctly it was around €4 for a 24h ticket and it takes only 15 to get there. To be honest first impression when we walked in was not great. As the garden didn't look likd the one in the picture but...we decided not to judge before we stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was quite nice! Plenty of things to choose from. Lots of croissants, cakes, ham, salami, cheese, fruits, coffee, tea...so not bad after all. We were quite happy we choose this hotel.

Wat a lovely hotel! Alex was helpful much before we reached the hotel as we didn't know if train or bus was a better option . On check-in too he went out of his way to accommodate us. We regret we had one night only in d spotless room! Hopefully we get to return but we will refer the hotel to others. The check out n breakfast staff were great too! Dolsten n Brenna

Room full of the mosquitoes, only one electrical outlet-TV plugged in, shower cabin too small and poor. Free and safe parking, wifi good, tram to the center - station next to hotel, big room, good breakfast.

We were supposed to stayed a week but the wife of the owner yelled at us because we complained about the noise that they were doing one day with a drill at 11 am without giving any previous notice to the guests of the hotel. The manager/receptionist in charge at the time didn't smile in our whole stay and he didn't give any reasonable answer when we complained about the noise. Very bad whilling to give good service to the customers, bad manners and bad mood all the time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Young people in charge, they don't have any idea on what they doing. They don't have any preparation or capacitation on hotel service.

It has all the basics, large room and bathroom. It's very close to the tram and takes 15 minutes to the Duomo. 25 mins to Milan Centrale. 5 minute walk to a super market. Would recommend if you need parking but if you are staying for Expo or Fashion, stay somewhere northside.

I stayed for six nights! It was suitable for my budget. I never regretted my stay there. A very small and cozy hotel. All reception staff are super nice and very helpful. Tram 24 stop is nearby. It takes you directly to Duomo. The breakfast though was below average. It lacked bread choices ( only slices ). I would have also loved to find some home made cakes and pastries other than croissants. The cakes presented were horrible! Would still happily go back!

Usually we stay at 4 star hotel, but the last day of august was very expensive. We took this hotel as it had parking and good reviews. We were happy to find it clean, good breakfast as for 2stars. The guys at reception were very nice and helpful! We would stay in this hotel again.
