After having found it on bookings.com I was very sceptic because of the low price and 3 stars. i have been in soo many places already in Italy and have been often dissapointed cause 3 stars is not always 3 stars but less. Anyway as i didn't search the...

My husband, daughter, and I spent one night at the Hotel Venini recently and were very pleasantly surprised with this quaint, little hotel. I have to say that it did take us a little time to locate the property, but I found this to be true throughout all of Italy. It is probably 1 to 1 1/4 miles from the...

Location isn’t good for reastaurants or shopping but easy to reach from metro station. One could get far better hotels for such prices. This hotel isn't worth what one pays for. Problem is when a big event is on, (fairs, fashion weeks) prices go wild.

Staying in Bicocca

Neighbourhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.

“The street is quite noisy. Sleepyhead like me doesn't mind but if you require open window without noise, ask for a inner room.”

“LIkely, best to request a room on the back side of the hotel, facing away from the street.”
