This was our second stay at Park Hyatt Milan. It's a very beautiful hotel right next to the Galleria and Duomo so extremely convenient. The staff is definitely 5 star. We also had an excellent meal at Vun.

I used points plus pay for this stay so I think we got the lowest category room. The room was spacious and had natural light even though it was facing the atrium to the mall. This is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location for shopping and sightseeing. It's as close as you can get to the Duomo! I'd...

Excellent location for people who want to be near the Duomo and Galleria. It is also a very short walk to the other major shopping areas on and off of Corso Vittorio Emanuelle, as well as the block that is flanked by Via Senato and Via Monte Napoleone. The lobby is a little small, but is a renovation of an...

We were upgraded to a deluxe king which was a beautiful room. The service was warm and gracious, especially after a 15 hour flight (including layover). I have never seen such an amazing huge bathroom. The location is perfect and the bar was a nice place to meet our friends. We stayed at the Park Hyatt in Paris last year...

The staff here really make you feel welcome, and they do their best to anticipate your needs. Luxurious rooms, well-stocked with amenities. Excellent sleep quality. Location is perfect. Just ignore the migrants outside who try to give you flowers, especially late in the evening. The buffet breakfast could be a little more substantial, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't want...

We were first impressed by the excellent customer service!! We were able to check in early and they upgraded us to a larger room upon seeing we had a child with us. The service was excellent throughout the stay including the restaurant staff, and they were so accommodating with our 2 year old child. The rooms were beautiful, the beds...

We stayed last April 26-30 for our 30th wedding anniversary, was amaze with the services offered - the best we had so far. Breakfast was great. The attention to details was excellent, location is perfect, just beside the Galleria and after is the duomo. Shopping street is around 8-9 minutes walk.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Just steps from the Galleria and a two minute walk to the Duomo. Very helpful staff, comfortable, spacious room. Only downside: breakfast at the hotel very pricey.

We choose the hotel based on the location and were not disappointed it truly is in the center and easy walking to all the amenities, sightseeing, shopping and eateries. It is somewhat dated, but in good condition and rooms are spacious certainly one of the more expensive hotels.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
