This hostel is situated only a few minutes from the central station. The cetrum of Milano is about three kilometres away...but it is very nice walk around a lot of shops and cafes. We stayed there for three nights in the room for two. The room was big enough. The bathroom and the toilet were in the room. The bed... More

Nice hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the central railway station. Dated but clean. A great little breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower was a bit up and down with the temperature but that is the only little con I found during my stay. Wifi worked well. Got a good nights sleep.

We stayed at the Best Hotel as a family with a small baby. The hotel staff provided us with a new travel cot for our baby which was very kind. All the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The garden of this hotel is beautiful providing a shaded retreat from the intense heat. The negatives were breakfast was very basic... More

The rooms and beds were tiny, for the breakfast you had to be lucky to get a seat, the rooms was very small for the amount of rooms they have, you also have to be lucky to get soemthing as there isn't always the thing you want there however they do refill this if you tell them. AC worked well... More

Stayed for one night with friends. All was good. Parking not really as described - had to move car from outside the hotel to a street nearby - not a problem though. Room was clean - we had 4 beds in. Terrace was fine as well.

Basic hotel and I recommend just for short stay - and reduce your expectations. The room was very small and tight. The bed is not so comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was ok - not extraordinary but good enough. The location of this hotel is good - near train station, Milano centre and there are restaurants close.

Yes, the Salone week is a busy week. But 200 € for a night is too much if you get a 70x70 cm shower with a dangerous tap, if the closet is too close to the shower door such that you can not sit straight on it (my height is 180 cm), and if this space invariably offers you a... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
