Amazing people at the reception, willing to help us at any time for whatever we needed!!! Very kind!!!
The rooms are spotless!! Renovated!! Very good room temperature, central heating with radiators but you also had the option of air conditioning!!
The bathroom is very clean!
Every day we had cleaning in the room and on the second day our towels were changed while we stayed for 3 nights!!
In a very good location with a tram stop that is very close 2 minutes on foot and to the center you need 5-6 minutes!
Also, if you love walking, you are in the center in 20 minutes!!
Around shops and supermarkets for your breakfast!!

I was very pleased with the hotel. The room had everything I needed. In the bathroom there were 2 spotlights on the mirror which I could NOT illuminate. That's the only thing I have to complain about.
The rooms were always very well cleaned and supplemented with coffee and shower foam. The air conditioning also works well, very important in these temperatures in summer. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly, always available. Thank you

The hotel was beautiful, much better than we had anticipated. The staff were kind and friendly . The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the metro station which can bring you into the city centre and to many other areas in Milan . The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels / toiletries were replaced . Would recommend.

Very good impressions. Quite spacious room, very clean, has everything you need, TV, air conditioning. The bathroom is fully equipped, there is even a hairdryer, which is unexpected for a one-star hotel. There is a coffee capsule machine in the lobby, and you can also buy water and snacks. The location is convenient, the metro station is about 10 minutes on foot, close to buses and trams. Check-in time is not very convenient - from 15.30, but I arrived a little earlier, and my room was ready, they gave me the key right away. Many thanks to all the staff, everything is done on time, everyone is polite and kind.

Excellent stay in Palladio in December 2024. We were family of three and stayed there because of concert venue near by, but the location is convenient to city centre as well. The room was spacious enough and had little perks that even 3 or 4 stars hotels struggle to provide like a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and multiple sockets for charging! The room and bathroom were very clean and tided up everyday.

A peaceful night in hotels in Milan is not always guaranteed, bur here all was completely quiet at night. The room was simple but spotless and the bathroom, though small, was more than adequate and didn’t look dated. Don’t be put off by one star. It simply means you are not paying for fancy facilities you don’t necessarily need - the quality was good, reception was friendly and the location is great, being just n easy 10 minute walk from a metro station and even closer to 2 tram lines. It’s a no frills place that offers a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price in a classic Milanese building.

This hotel was clean and affordable. It is located in a safe and quiet area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and available morning noon and night. Bed linens and bath towels could use updating but overall was a pleasant stay, especially for the price.

Excellent service! The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no problem leaving our luggage securely after checkout until the time of our departure later that day. The staff also arranged a cab to the station for us. The room was comfortable and convenient. Wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Hotel Palladio is located in a quiet and peaceful area, quite close to the yellow metro stop (500 m) and trams.
The room I stayed in was comfortable and the temperature adequately warm, never cold. In the wardrobe there were, just in case, a pillow and a blanket.
The room was clean and cleaning was done every day. Towels, shampoo and soap were provided by the hotel.
One aspect that should be improved: the bathroom, although quite spacious, had no bidet and in its place there was a shower.
Furthermore, the hotel does not provide slippers for walking in the room: a small detail, which is always very welcome. It is therefore necessary to bring them from home.
The hotel does not offer the possibility of having breakfast, even if there are bars nearby.
Overall, as it is still a 1 star hotel, the experience was positive.

the reception is open all night, checked in around 11pm.Theres a bell to ring outside. Hotel is very safe.
I don't know. We flew into Milan, took a shuttle bus to the Central Station where I got pick-pocketed, then took the Metro (subway) to a stop sort of near Hotel Palladio. I would think there might be some kind of shuttle to Milan from Bergamo Airport, if that's where you're at.
