This is a 2 star hotel, and a very good one! Good location about 10 min walk from the trainstation! Lots of food places around! And a walk from everything in the center! First of all , supernice staff! Good rooms, and bathroom with space (room 104) ! Room 104 has a nice balcony facing the backyard! Very comfy bed...

It is a hotel that offers a good value for the price you pay, having a good location close to the central station with nice restaurants and shops around. The people who work there were helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience at the Mondial Milano - very clean room, the staff were helpful and kind, and it was conveniently located. Basic options for breakfast but overall it was a pleasant experience. I traveled alone and had no issues regarding safety around the area at all. Would recommend as a budget destination!

the decor is plain but neat and clean, beds were comfortable, reasonably quiet considering it is in a main road. Hotel staff charming. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Happy to hold our luggage. Would recommend for simple accommodation for one or two nights.

Good loccation and the room is better than I expected, taking into consideration the pricing of hotels in Italy. The staff were also friendly and helpful to help me with my heavy luggage up the stairs as there is no lift The only thing is brakfast is served late so there will be no chance to grab a coffee for...

Not difficult to get there from Milano Centrale railway station, 10 minutes walking for carrying with heavy luggage. Another few minutes walking to Lima station from hotel, where you could find shops and several good local restaurants. Hotel owner speaks little English, but very kind and always try to help. For a two star hotel like this, room is fairly...

Basic, clean accommodations a few minutes' walk from Milan Central rail station. Nothing fancy, but if you are stuck in Milan for a night, or need to catch an early train, this place is a good option. Typical breakfast - coffee and a few pastries. Quiet rooms, flat screen TV with a wide assortment of international channels.

This hotel is clean and the bathroom is fine. It is well situated for the Centrale station, and also a nice walk down a long shopping street towards the Duomo takes about 30 minutes. The staff were fine, if slightly uncheery. Breakfast is about as basic as you can get, we didn't bother after day 1, instead getting a tasty...

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
