Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband and I stayed at CasaTitta for a total of two weeks. It is located in an ethnically diverse neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and two metro stations within an easy walk. The lift was a big help for us (in our mid-70's) but one does need to climb just a few steps to get to the lift. Fortunately there are handrails. The B&B is secure, very clean, provides delicious breakfasts, has comfortable rooms, and kind, efficient employees. The owner is friendly and is willing to help you with everything from suggestions of places to visit, how to get somewhere, or in my case, call a pharmacy and get information that my very limited Italian would not have been able to accomplish. The woman in charge of breakfasts sets a lovely table and will even cook eggs to your liking. Breakfast were plentiful enough to have us ready to go out and sightsee and included cereals, bread and rolls, delicious cakes, cheese, and meat. There is even a kitchenette for the guests with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee and tea pots, biscuits, and my favorite new kitchen toy -- a filtered water machine that dispenses room temperature, cold or sparkling water! Staying at CasaTitta made being in a large, impersonal city a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it.

Perfectly set up. You could tell that the owner/manager put a lot of thought into the space and its furnishings: Breakfast was excellent. Location fine. We needed to be close to the train station and it was just the right distance away.

I've spent some days in "Casa Titta Foresteria", MI, for a surgery intervention in Pio X Hospital. The flat is really really confortable, well arranged and with nice contemporary furniture. Peaceful place to be, to relax and live. Rooms are well cleaned. the housekeepers are efficient and present. casa Titta is close to the hospital, metro, buses and tramways. Is also easy to reach Isola, Gae Aulenti Quarter, by walk, and also other areas to enjoy and have a drink. You can find all you need in the sourrondings (Carrefour Market, Pharmacy, banks, restaurant and take away, shops, cafè), among via Farini, Imbonati, Maciachini, viale Zara e via Stelvio. Domitilla, the owner, is a perfect landlady: discreet but present and reacheable for all the needs. Higly recommended!!

This place is hard to find. Not on googlemaps, but in reality. Just a little sign on the doorbell! But I did my homework and memorised the building on google street view. This place is perfect for concerts at "Alcatraz", it's just a 5 minute walk. The wifi is very good, the bed is comfy and the bathroom has a lot of room. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and the 2 metrostations Marche and Maciachini are close. The good soul of the house and the owner of this place provides you with pretty good information what to do and where to go. The building itself is a little bit older, so i brought earplugs for a good night sleep - but i am a light sleeper. I am coming back!

I stayed only one night, but my host, Domitilla, was concerned that all my needs and comforts were taken care of. I enjoyed the lovely and private apartment with my own bathroom. Everything was clean and designed with the comfort of the guest in mind.

One cannot tell what lies beyond the simple green door. What a welcoming sight lies within. Our host Domitilla is very knowledge and accomodating. Breakfast is very filling and a wide choice of things to eat. fresh squeezed orange juice, what a treat to begin your day.

Casatitta is a warm, welcoming, spacious home away from home. All of the rooms were stylishly appointed in modern decor, comfortable beds and super clean. It was near the Metro, with easy access to town but out just enough to be away from the center of old Milan! Domatilla, the owner and hostess was very accommodating. Breakfast is provided and the coffee and conversation were great! She provided information on things to do and suggestions for our visit to Milan! Overall a superb place to stay if you want the comforts of home, easy access to transportation and a local to help you with tips and information to make your stay in Milan the best! I would highly recommend Casatitta and will stay here if I return!

Cassatitta is perfectly located away from the city centre and conviently accessable to the yellow metro line taking only 15 minutes on the train to the Duomo. The whole apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with beautiful furnishings and a warm ambience. The host was friendly and made us feel very welcome into her home. As well as advising us on wonderful places to eat and other less commercial areas of Milan to explore. Although deliciou,s the breakfast could of had a little more variety but apart from that everything eles was perfect. I would highly recommend and stay here again when in Milan.

I arrived at Casa Titta after an overnight flight and felt immediately at home. The location is very central, but also residential and quiet. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well appointed. There is an elevator, which is helpful since the B&B is on the 2nd (3rd in U.S. terminology) floor and very acceptable WiFi. The common area is full of light, comfy sofas and accessible fruit and snacks. Breakfast was delicious. We were very warmly welcomed and enjoyed our visit with the innkeeper. She was also extremely accommodating and helped us navigate our way around the area. Casa Titta is a "find" for Milan - especially in this EXPO year when things are going to be outrageously expensive in the city.

Excellent experience for our family here. We had a room for us and a room for our college aged girls. Clean as a whistle , contemporary (a la Ikea) , but with an Italian and a vintage vibe.. Breakfast just like you were staying at your favorite aunts house. A quick walk from the metro stop. Walkable to Blue Note Jazz club, too.
