It's a 3-star, we got exactly what we expected and more from the friendly staff. Clean room with balcony, Italian breakfast, and a family touch over the whole place. It's a beautiful old building with a lot of features. Rooms where very warm, everything worked as it should. We where supposed to stay one night but decided to stay two....

I decided to revisit Asti having been on a wine tour there 30 years ago. It was a Monday and the town was dead and the Spumante had left town. After trying to find our way around the one way streets we finally found the Ristorante Reale Hotel. It was probably a lovely hotel back in its day but is...

Car park outside door - Kindly welcome - slightly faded charm - but reasonable food in the restaurant. Spacious room and bathroom - a little noisey as next to road but nice view of the piazza - basically just a car park but better than a back alley! close enough to take a casual stroll into the historic center and...

Desperate for a bed at 1815 we arrived in the main Piazza and my wife hopped out and checked in while I sought parking (don't go there). The room was gloomy, the lamps were unplugged and it was too dark to see the sockets. No bath, just a small antique shower. Wi-fi did not work at all. The bed was...

Just don't stay here. Last biggy we stayed as we are doing a touring show across the world (therefore lots of hotels). Firstly- wifi there is none. Cleanliness there is none. Stains all over the wallpaper that hung off the walls. I out my wet towel on the bedroom carpet and it turned brown (says it all). The location is...

We stayed in the hotel give years ago and were very satisfied. The rooms are nice and big, the beds were great, the service were great, everything was fine, in 2009! What a change now. We still love the location and the fantastic building, but......! First we would recommend the hotel a new Hoover. The nice carpets were so dirty....

The room was very noisy throughout the night, the bed was uncomfortable, half of the lights in the bathroom did not work (lack of maintenance or deliberate to hide the mould in the shower) and the shower included a dirty washcloth of a previous visitor. Wifi did not work and when I checked out I was told I could not...

Well sited at the tip of the triangular Piazza. Was once a magnificent hotel but now a bit tired looking. Coat of paint at least is needed to hide old leak/water stains on walls and ceilings. Bathroom fan was as noisy as a diesel engine in the bathroom! View from back bedroom was horrible. Friends in front rooms had great...

This hotel is in the Asti city center, on the square. This area is quite noisy, especially on the weekends. Since the air conditioning was not operational, one was forced to sleep with windows open, which made the noise on the square even worse. The decor is interesting and the building is quite historic. The breakfast was plain. The bathroom...
