The hotel is nice and comfortable. It has a nice swimming pool and a lovely garden. It has also got a gym with lots of excercise machines. Breakfast is really good quality and diverse, served at a lovely patio (during summertime). I really appreciated the kindness of the front desk people as well as waiters and waitresses. Everything was very...

Stayed only one night in a superior double , room was in the new building opposite to the original hotel and reception with fantastic underground secure parking with access directly to the rooms in the floors above by lift. The room was spacious and modern in style with a fantastic bathroom and huge walk in shower. The only downside was...

Listed as a 3 star hotel, this hotel punches above the mark. We stayed here with the family on our way south and its a nice comfortable hotel. The resturant is traditional Italian and not a tourist trap as its full of the locals. You could imagine a scene from the Godfather being filmed in the Resturant. Have been here...

This is a very nice hotel just outside the center of Bolzano (5 minutes by taxi). It was extremely clean and spacious. We stayed in the Suite in the new building opposite the Lobby - the bathroom was huge, with shower and bathtub. A couple of minor issues: the ventilation system in small bathroom was very noisy and running forever....

A mixture between classic to modern style. Friendly staff. Overall clean rooms, some new, some old waiting for renovation. Good restaurant, perhaps a bit expensive. Good choice from the breakfast buffet. Terrace, garden and pool add to nice location including free parking, 20 minutes walk from city-center (public bus available) and close to highway. Sometimes a little noisy due to...

Our suite was in the new building next door to the main lobby. The sitting area and bedroom were impeccably clean and spacious. There was a great balcony with a beautiful view. Staff was very helpful, especially the friendly young man at the front desk. The restaurant was superb! We had an amazing pizza out on the charming terrace at...

We were in the separate "lounge suites" building across the drive from main building. This luxury room was superbly appointed, impeccably clean and very modern, with good balcony to sit out and enjoy view. Restaurant was superb as well, with semi-covered sitting out area for warm evenings. Excellent quality a la carte menu plus pizza menu. Just 15 min down...

For the last three years this place has been like a magnet. We can't seem to find anywhere else, as good as this. We keep coming back, although, we would like to see other places. The staff is immensely helpful. For instance, we would like to have toasted bread in the morning. But for some unknown reason, they don't have...

Very helpful and efficient man on reception. We were upgraded to a suite which was huge and well appointed (although I think decorated by a blind person), but paradoxically this upgrade meant we missed out on a hoped for view because the better rooms are in a different new building at the back and have worse views -beware. Everything worked...
