The photos on the internet had impressed me, but going there in person left me speechless, beyond expectations. Getting up in the morning and having the breathtaking view of the Sciliar gives absolute peace. The staff is courteous and friendly, the cleanliness is impeccable, the Solaris Classic room chosen has quality furnishings and a very comfortable bed with a topper as well as being well soundproofed, the cuisine is refined and of high quality with excellent ingredients and always very varied, the Spa and the heated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Sciliar are a gem.
The free card is useful for traveling with the shuttle to the center of Siusi and the cable car, which runs punctually every half hour or so.
The gift that was placed on the table at breakfast for my husband's birthday was much appreciated, a very welcome surprise, demonstrating the attention paid to the customer.
I feel like saying that we are close to excellence! We will recommend you and hope to visit you again soon.

Beautiful structure with superlative cuisine.
The property stands on a slope with a beautiful view of the mountains in front. It has large and comfortable family rooms, equipped with splendid views of the external panorama and all the comforts necessary for a pleasant family stay.
The swimming pool is divided into an internal part (small in size) and a much larger external part with a warmer temperature, with a very relaxing view.
The structure does not have closed areas equipped with games for children/teenagers; However, it is possible to use an external ping pong and table football table (sheltered under a small roof).
The kitchen is certainly a superlative element of the structure for the offer of
dishes, type of raw materials and refinement of the menu. There is also a children's menu but... in our case the kids (9 and 12) chose the adult menu for the entire stay with great satisfaction!
It is possible to reach the Siusi facilities and various destinations using city buses that pass right in front of the structure. The facility offers subscriptions/person for this use.
The entire staff was always very kind and helpful: from the reception to the kitchen to the cleaning of the rooms.
Thank you for the wonderful experience offered.
We highly recommend the property!

I booked at this property for two nights and I must say that overall I had a good time: the hotel is new, modern and well furnished.
Good breakfast and dinner.
Courteous staff.

What I liked least was:
- the type of hairdryer found in the room was absolutely not in line with the level of the structure. I suggest changing it or at least cleaning it. The hairdryer is one of those that you have to hold down otherwise it turns off;
- not being able to use the saunas because you had to go in naked and honestly I didn't like it. This was not specified on the site (in all the other facilities I always wore a swimsuit)
So I could only use the swimming pools.

Another thing that I didn't understand, but it doesn't matter, is why there are rooms in which you can dine, all furnished differently: from the very very very simple one to the one with velvet sofas... does the structure decide based on the room? If so, it wouldn't be very nice.
In any case, it doesn't matter... the food is the same for everyone and it's good.

All in all I recommend the structure!😎

I stayed with the
Family in this hotel in August and I had a very good time. The first thing I point out is the excellent quality-price ratio compared to the standards of the area.
The hotel is not very large but it lacks nothing, recently renovated and with great attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was just renovated, so it was brand new, not very large but well organised, comfortable bed, perfect sleep quality.
The food was of high quality, we ate better than in other places of a higher standard, in the evening dishes were well prepared and with good variety, the kids menu was quite varied and excellent. At breakfast there is a good variety and everything is of excellent quality. The only negative note I would like to point out is the lunch buffet from 1pm to 5pm, which unfortunately doesn't offer much: a good variety of desserts, yoghurt and fruit but as for savory foods you only find the soup from the night before and a sort of cold salad which is different every day (it's a matter of taste, we never liked it), nothing edible for the children (at least for mine) apart from sweets, so don't think about having lunch. However, I had no expectations on this aspect, the hotel in fact reports it as
Dessert buffet.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the view is wonderful and it is located directly on the
Road to go up to the Alpe di Siusi, convenient both for going by car and by bus, the stop is right outside the hotel.
In conclusion, 5 well-deserved stars and highly recommended.
Highly recommended!

The hotel falls far short of its potential. The unfriendly owners and unfriendly reception staff make you feel unwelcome from the start.
The fact that the fitness room is poorly equipped is probably also due to the fact that the clientele is quite old.
The location is great but the uncomfortable bar is not conducive to having a drink. Nobody sits down afterwards. At dinner it is supposed to be bright and sober, so that you feel like you are in a guest house. But the service here is really very nice.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean with fiendly staff. Delicious food and reasonably priced drinks. Meals on outdoor terrace possible to fully enjoy the stunning views, and excellently located with bus stop outside. Hiking ideas provided each day. We hope to return.

In July we stayed at this magnificent property in the shadow of the Scilliar. Our Solaris Superior was located on the top floor and we had no neighbors, we were completely alone on a small terrace.
The room is tastefully furnished and equipped with all possible comforts, a very comfortable bed and guaranteed rest. The rooms all have a view of the magnificent Alps and in the morning it is difficult to leave the room and the hotel.
Varied and quality breakfast and dinner.
Refined dishes with the highest quality products.
Discrete and courteous staff.
Strategic position between Castelrotto and Siusi.
Fantastic pools, one always heated and the other heated by solar rays.
Respect for silence, peace and tranquility is always guaranteed.
Ideal for recharging body and soul.
Absolutely recommended.

We had a very successful stay with friends at Valentinerhof.
The hotel is very well maintained, the superior rooms very spacious and with fabulous views towards Sciliar/Santner.
Guests can relax in the bar. There are many small corners where you can sit comfortably in a small round.
The terrace wonderful to enjoy an aperitif with panorama.
Breakfast and dinner leaves nothing to be desired and was consistently very good. Only the soups were slightly slightly seasoned.
The wellness area ideal to relax after an active day. The pools and saunas with panoramic views.
Here we would only have been happy about the possibility to change the towel.
The boss of the house was very friendly at all times and was always ready for a chat. We also got some great tips for our daily routine.
We felt and very comfortable and will certainly come back!
Thank you for the relaxing days.

From the minute we arrived, we knew we were in a special place. We were warmly received and after an efficient check-in, we were brought to our room in the traditional section which had a spectacular view of the Dolomites. The experience of swimming in both pools with mountain views was amazing. The 3/4 board was fantastic and thoroughly satisfying. At breakfast, I enjoyed making my own juice from a selection of fruits and vegetables to accompany both hot and cold offerings at the buffet. The multi-course dinners were delicious and well prepared. We didn't go hungry here!
Time at the spa was truly restorative for all of us. Spending days walking around the hotel complex in our fluffy bathrobes and pool slippers (provided) was a treat. My husband was finally able to decompress and relax in the sauna and pools, and our teen-aged daughter loved the peacefulness of the gardens. My massage treatment was the best and a highly recommended addition. We were given free bus passes to use for trips to the local towns which we appreciated. Our family hike on the plateau was fantastic.
The hotel staff were gracious, efficient and professional, and made a big difference to our overall positive experience. We felt as if we reconnected as a family and with nature. We were sorry to have to leave and we agreed next time to come for a longer stay. I'm sure your family will feel the same after your visit.
