We have just returned from staying at the Sertorelli Sport Hotel for a week's skiing holiday. We had fantastic weather and snow conditions and for half term the slopes were extremely quiet which was an added bonus. We stayed in a junior suite (508) which was very spacious and comfortable and our teenagers stayed in a standard room which was...

Room was excellent, very spacious for a ski hotel, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful; courtesy bus, a boon to get to and from the slopes ( except on the drivers day off when it was chaotic!) The bar with its wood stove very welcoming and in rustic style. Food was okay. Starter and dessert buffets, and pasta...

super views , good food but very risky slopes. Because the slopes can be done only during the night(accordingly to the Italian legislation...) if it is snowing all the night the next day the slopes are not done properly. A lot of people have accidents. For refund the money when the sky is not allowed is very difficult ....one week...

Great hotel, friendly staff family run hotel, upgraded room to deluxe room well worth it, food excellent with a good choice of menu, ski hire service excellent and curtesy bus to take you to ski lifts a 2 minute journey, if I had any complaint it would only be that there wasn't any facilities for making tea/coffee in your room...

This is a great hotel, close to the mountains, the ski lifts, town centre and ski schools. If i hadn't been to any other skiing hotels this would probably have got a 5 but have been spoilt in the past with other stunning hotels, but there isn't much in it. Very friendly and helpful staff, food is ok but not...

Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Room we had was spacious with jacuzzi and spa on 6th floor was very relaxing. However all our party were disappointed with the food. The antipasto buffet was very good and the first course predictably was a choice pasta or soup but the main courses were unimaginative, often lukewarm and desperately needed some decent sauces...

This is our second time at this hotel and fourth trip to the resort. We booked a suite this time which didn't disappoint us, delivering spacious and a great standard of accommodation. Food a good standard with choices. Waiting staff very attentive and always cheerful. Wellness centre a great addition to hotel since our last visit providing treatments to relax...

The atmosphere in the hotel was great. We loved the food, with selections on a first and second course off the menu and outstanding buffets for your appetizers and desserts. The spa is nice, although the hot tub could have been a bit warmer.

Allocated our room which was slightly smaller than expected but all necessary equipment in room. Could have done with a few more pegs to hang ski clothes and I missed carpet. Bathroom fine, shower powerful but cubicle was so small you could hardly bend over to wash your legs. Our 2 single beds kept splitting apart so we couldn’t sleep...

We stayed at the Sertorelli for a week over New Year. Rooms were lovely, bar service excellent, the shuttle bus from the hotel to the slopes was very efficient and we never had to wait very long for it to arrive. Visited the spa on a couple of occasions, small but adequate but always busy in the evenings and lots...
