Right in the city centre and just a few minutes walk from the great church of St. Antonio, this charming hotel is everything you could want. The hotel and its bedrooms are adorned with the fascinating art produced by the owner herself and are truly enchanting. Everything is spotlessly clean and the rooms are both spacious and comfortable. The service... More

Nice small hotel, just two steps from St. Anton Cathedral, and like 3 mins from Prato della Vale, not far from the city center. Hotel nicely decorated. Breakfast is quite good. Wifi is good. The hotel staff was friendly and cordial. We stayed in this hotel in 2010 so I chose it again without hesitation.

We recently returned from a 6-week trip to Italy. We stayed in Hotel Al Fagiano for 4 nights in late August. It was very hot in Padua during our visit but the room had air conditioning. A downside of the AC is that it had no thermostat, so it was either on all night (too cold) or off (too hot).... More

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of all the major attractions. However our room was very small with only the basic amenities, and the A/C hardly worked at all. We notified the front desk and they sent someone up twice to try and fix it, but it would only come on for a short while and... More

This small family run hotel is situated on a narrow side street in central Padua and despite it being in a pedestrian area, there is ample secure private parking. The rooms are spotlessly clean and a good size with unusual art displayed on the walls giving the hotel a very bohemian feel. Staff were friendly and helpful, immediately giving us... More

The hotel is steps away from the Basilica, botanical gardens & Prato della Valle and a short walk to three piazzas near the university. It is run by 2 sisters, one of whom is the artist for all of the quirky art around the hotel & in your room. The rooms a comfortable with large bathroom. Breakfast is good with... More

Nice staff. The decor is quirky; I didn't particularly care for it, but it also didn't bother me. Breakfast was good, on the terrace no less. Parking is next door, but not free. The location is very good.

We stayed here two nights and booked the second night because of the location, not because the hotel was great. The front desk staff are excellent...very helpful, spoke several languages very well. We were traveling on bikes and hotel provided a super secure location to lock the bikes. The rooms are scary with crazy artwork, poor lighting and soap only... More

Very quirky. Fairly basic hotel a bit off the main track. There certainly was a lot of art about. Rooms are perfectly adequate, clean with serviceable ensuite bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic air conditioning worked fine but with no temperature control, it was a case of on or off when it got too hot or too cold.

My daughter and I stayed here from May 30th till June 3rd and were very impressed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and we loved our room, with it's unusual decor and artwork. We were shown 2 rooms upon arrival and given the choice, which I thought was good customer service. The courtyard where we had breakfast was very pretty... More
