All staff were friendly and helpful. Location was central and super convenient, yet very quiet without noises. Room (we took a appartment) were spacious for family of 4. Fridge were always filled with free water/juice/yogurt. Little kitchen and dining area were perfect for easy meals. A bar around the corner was perfect for breakfast. All in all, perfect place for a few days in Venezia!

We did not have very high expectations from our hotel booking, but we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel location was extremely convinient, 3 minute walk from St Mark's square, close to hundreds of great restaurants, within walkable distance to every place we needed to go including Rialto, Academia Bridge and the water bus stop to Murano and Burano. It is worth mentioning that from st Mark's square to the hotel, you only need to pass one bridge, which makes it easier for people with bad knees.
The room was very suitable in size and comfort, with a wonderful bathroom. Nicely lit it had sufficient plugs, a nice work table, safe, minifridge (with complimentary water, juice and yogurts) as well as both kettle and coffee machine. If you visit during a very busy season, you might want to ask for a quiet room. Our room faced the street and we could hear people talking as they passed by. It was not an issue for us as it was very quiet after 8pm and until 8 in the morning, but we were visiting off season.
The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with all our needs including transportation arrangements to and from the airport (well worth the cost), recommendations for sightseeing and directions.
Exactly next door, with an direct entrance from the hotel, is a patiserrie that works from 8 am to 8 pm, offering everything from coffee and chocalates to baked goods, sandwiches and light lunch etc. Everything we tried was excellent and as hotel guests you have 10% discount.
This would indeed be my first choice for accommodation in Venice on our next visit.

Location was superb! Under 5 mins walk to San Marco. The hotel is located in a quiet alley away from heavy footfall so there was less noise and crowd. Venice is always crowded with people navigating through the narrow alleyways of the city, so having our room in a quiet location was amazing. We booked a month in advance and the price we paid was a bargain. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely patisserie within the hotel which is great for a quick bite and coffee if you're not up for navigating through the busy alleyways in the morning (not open on a Sunday though). Our room was very spacious with modern decor and amenities. The room came with complementary Nespresso coffee maker and a mini fridge stocked with bottled water, juice and yogurt which was a nice touch. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was top notch! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Within moments of making by booking through their own site, I received an email advising me that Breakfast wasn't available, I had selected it as an option and that they wouldn't be charging me and would leave some snack for breakfast and we could have a 15% discount in teh cake shop next door, this was an indication of the high level of service we would be receiving.

Check in was smoothened welcoming, we had our temperatures checked and were also advised around teh rules on face masks and hand sanitising , we had room A3 at the back of the hotel it isn't served by a lift, we booked an economy room and were surprised at how spacious the room was, teh bed was comfortable , liked the safe drawer no chance of leaving anything behind, in the mini bar were two bottles of water, two fruit juices and two yogurts and on teh table some jams and melba toast, however we choose to have breakfast next door at the coffee shop, delicious pastures and good coffee and very nice staff.

The hotel has a great location, right by St marks square and is an easy walk from the Rialto Bridge.

I would recommend anyone to use Here Maps and download the map as mobile signal isn't great and it's easy to get lost.

All the staff at the staff at the hotel were welcoming an helpful they also held on to our luggage while we continued to explore, we stayed for two nights and have no problem recommending the hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 2 nights from 24th Sept with my mum. This was our third time booking the hotel as we had to cancel the previous times due to covid restrictions. It was absolutely worth the wait. The hotel is very easy to get to from the San Marco Alilaguna stop. It is located very close to St Mark's Square but the street is not overly crowded or noisy. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. We booked a comfort double room in the main hotel building and had ample space for luggage and moving around the room easily. The bed was spacious and comfortable. We found the duvet cover to be slightly on the thin side so were abit cold at night. The heating also wasn't on but it wasn't too cold with the air con off. We had a nice view of the street at the front of the hotel. It could be abit noisy on the street at night but not too late. The TV did not have English channels but did have the netflix function. We had a mini fridge with complimentary water, yogurts and pineapple juice and tea and coffee making facilities. We also had a safe. The bathroom was spacious too but the position of the toilet facing the bidet was uncomfortable. Would not be great for tall people. The shower was huge and had great water pressure. They provided us with complimentary Toiletries also including shampoo, body lotion, soap and shower caps. The lack of electric sockets was also an issue. None beside the bed and only one under the TV and one by the door. As the hotel is no longer doing breakfast since covid, we were given a discount on the pastries and other food provided in the bakery downstairs. The hotel was great overall - easy access to rooms via lift and stairs and very clean. The location is unbeatable - very safe and close to St Mark's Square.

My whole family enjoyed our stay at the Rosa Salva Suites - we had a 2 BR apartment with a terrace overlooking rooftops of Venice and St Mark's tower, which was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens, who were happy to have their own bedroom. We enjoyed the ice cold air conditioning (with the weather being close to 100F most days of our stay), the spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the patisserie that is part of the same group as the hotel. The apartment was cleaned each day of our stay and the drinks in the refrigerator (orange juice, sparkling and still water), and snacks replenished daily as well. We loved the fun chromotherapy shower that shot water at us from all directions, while listening to Taylor Swift on the bluetooth speaker system. The location was perfect for walking around Venice, and we thought the price was excellent for what we received in return. We will definitely stay here the next time we return to Venice!

Check in: we arrived in Venice late morning and our room wasn’t ready yet, but they let us leave our bags behind so we could start exploring.
When we got back in the afternoon, check in was super smooth.
On check-out they also let us keep our bags at the hotel before our flight.

The room:
Very comfy bed, luxurious feel, big enough for a couple of days.
There was a safe and a mini fridge, with juices, yogurts and water. This was refilled everyday when the room was cleaned.
There were tea and coffee making facilities, including a Nespresso Machine.
There was a big flat screen TV with access to Netflix. Internet connection was also good.
The bathroom was nice and modern, there was a hair dryer, shower caps, hand gel, soap, body lotion and shower gel/shampoo. These were also refilled during our stay which was a nice touch.
there were two USB plugs next to the bed, only one seemed to work though.

The hotel:
The hotel is fabulously located a couple of minutes away from St Mark’s square and in easy reach of Rialto. It was the perfect location.
Because of COVID there was no breakfast, but you can get 15%off the Rosa Salva Patisserie, plus you can help yourself to the stuff in the mini-bar. It would have been nice if Breakfast service was available again, but I would have still come back to Rosa Salva. There’s a lift at the hotel.

Staff:
Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Reception was manned everytime we went past it.

We stayed here for two nights/three days. The check in process and finding the hotel was really easy. The staff were friendly at reception and the location was in perfect walking distance to Piazza San Marco and nearby water buses to get trips to Murano, Burano and Lido. The room was exceptional clean and tidied every day. The bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Thank you so much for our stay. We would definitely recommend 😁

The hotel is located close to absolutely everything, we were always less than a 10 minute walking distance from all the stores, tourist activities, food and dessert places it was amazing. The only down side is that we were told it was a room with a city view and on arrival the room was quite small with two little windows that overlooked absolutely nothing..
The dining area is very small only has around 5 tables and the breakfast selection was very minimal. The Male at reception Antonio was lovely and overall it was great. Will definitely be visiting again and would stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The hotel is fairly close the Piazza San Marco which in itself is a blessing. An easy way to reach it from the airport is to take a waterbus (or water taxi) and disembark at San Marco. From there it's about an 8-10 minute walk through the square. Walk through the passageway with the astronomical clock and you'll turn left at the glass blowing place. You'll cross a small bridge with a lovely view and then reach the hotel shortly afterward.

Service at the hotel was good. The staff spoke decent English and could answer questions about the area. Before the trip they answered my emails and provided logistical advice which was nice. The hotel grounds itself was nothing special really. It was basic and modern, but clean. The AC blew cold air which was much appreciated as temperatures hovered in the mid 80s while we were there. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. It was easy to sleep as there was zero noise near the property or in the hotel itself. We rarely bumped into other guests. The shower put out very hot water in the morning which was great with adequate water pressure. The toilet worked fine but one of the buttons didn't work. Our fridge was stocked with free drinks which was very much appreciated. The in room coffee was a nice touch too. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate or it wasn't offered so can't comment on that. You did receive a small discount at the bakery downstairs which was quite good however. During our stay there was a foul smell we couldn't locate. We didn't know if it was coming from outside or inside the hotel somewhere. Turning on the coffee maker fixed it though. No problems with the wifi which was always reliable. My adapter didn't fit the holes properly (they were too fat) so the gentleman at the front desk let me borrow one without hesitation. This was a single example of fine customer service.

For the most part it was a clean and comfortable stay. Not too far away from the main attractions but not too close either. We would probably stay again!

I don't remember if there was coffee in the room but there is a coffee shop-bakery right next door. It is affiliated with and connects to the hotel. We had coffee and pastries there in the morning. It was included with our rate. The more I think about it, I am pretty sure there was a Nespresso machine in the room but we never used it.
