Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel is so called art hotel with rooms to be " all extraordinarily comfortable and furnished with Biedermeier furniture, and the beds are not just beds but true experiences of rest and well-being. My single bed I could hardly turn over, pillows like a brick. The rooms are separated by a piece of plywood so I could hear all conversations in next room. Reception staff; not all of them, but there was particular one guy who made my stay unbereable , very rude suggesting that my daughter was my lover. Very malicious and disgusting person. People like this should not work in hospitality at all. I went with my daughter but staying in another hotel. Thanks God for that she didn't experience what I had experience.

Fantastic Location, great stay for single person. Single room good size, good variety for breakfast, very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, very quiet at night but just a few minutes from St. Mark's Square and surrounded by interesting shops and numerous restaurants.

Fabulous location for this hotel, close to San Marco but tucked down a side street so not noisy. The bar/cafe had a couple of tables looking over a canal where you could watch the gondolas go by. There was a problem with our room but the reception team sorted this very promptly. Excellent service. Rooms were a little warm, but otherwise very comfortable

A well located hotel in Venice. Here on a BA deal and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Overall it was value for money. We had Room 602 for 3 people with a lovely window view onto the canal. A lovely breakfast with well mannered and attentive staff. The room was clean and ideal for our mini break.

Hotel was staffed with friendly and helpful people. Breakfast was delicious. If you are checking in as a single person, splurge for the bigger room. While the single bedroom was clean and comfortable, the view was of the smoke stacks in between the building walls. I would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Venice was made extra special by staying at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, we had a spectacular view of a canal which was lovely. The breakfasts were a treat with such a wide selection of very tasty things from pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats cereals to hot food. Great coffee too. The location of the hotel is perfect, you are very central yet the hotel feels quiet and slightly off the beaten track. All the staff are so friendly and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Thanks again for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back!!!

Great location a street away from San Marco Square. Great price too. Really good restaurant right next door. Room was decent and the bathroom was great and roomy. If I had to pick I would say the room was hot - even in March, no air con. Staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful.

We had 4 nights booked through BA Citybreaks. This place did not disappoint. It is literally less than a five minute walk to St Mark’s Square and all that goes with that. Absolutely 10/10 for the breakfast on offer. Tickets for the mini opera and other things of interest can be booked at reception. Overall, a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the All'Angelo Art Hotel for a short city break for Mothers Day. Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The hotels perfect location made it convenient to explore and enjoy Venice. The customer service at the hotel was fantastic, it really enhanced our experience. All the staff went above and beyond especially Natalia who always looked after us with her magical cocktails! Overall, the hotel really exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service, location and affordability. Thank you All'Angelo Art Hotel Team - we would highly recommend you.

This hotel is in the perfect location when visiting Venice. It is so close to St. Marks square yet just away from the crowds. It is a very nice hotel. The room we stayed in was quite small but still very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
