The B&B has been created in an annexe of an historical residence of the 1500’s; this is located in an area which is strategically placed for quickly reaching the cities of Venice, Padua, Milan and Mantua. A small distance away, there is the civil airport of Villafranca and Boscomantico for the ultralight aircraft with parachuting school, from the autostrada motorway and the Lake of Garda. The B&B is also a departure point for visiting the renowned hillside area of Valpolicella and Lessinia which offers a number of cycling and wine-gastronomic tours of the typical cellars of the producers of the Amarone, classic Valpolicella and Recioto wines. The European "Adige-Sole" cycling track passes right beside the B&B. The owners, who manage this as a family run establishment, are friendly and always ready to satisfy you in every way, only too happy to guide you in the discovery of the city of Verona, "a Unesco world heritage site", and its culture; you will be able to start the day with an abundant sweet and savoury buffet breakfast with homemade biscuits, cakes and jams which, in the warmer months, may be enjoyed in the garden. The rooms have en-suite bathroom and period furniture and look out onto the house’s enchanting courtyard where complete peace and quiet reigns. There is a daily change of bath linens. The ideal place for a stay for those seeking tranquillity and the beauty of nature.

We enjoyed our long weekend very much and Vitoria and Roberto are very nice hosts. We have been at the Villa d'Arco many times and every time it is great again. It is a perfect place to visit Verona, Lago de Garda, Vincenca, Val Policella and many more... For dinner, Roberto will recommend nice restaurants nearby. In the morning, Vittoria prepares many different home made pastry and cakes.

Verona and the opera were fantastic, with this B&B offering outstanding service, room quality and breakfasts. You felt a real part of the true Northern Italy. Highly recommend. Our children also liked the space/chill-out from the heat/busyness of Verona.

Roberto and Vittoria were excellent hosts in what is a beautiful location only 25 mins by bus, approx 15mins by car from Verona centre. Continental breakfast was excellent with the addition of Vittoria's fresh Italian baking available every morning, truly outstanding. Whilst staying we used this location as a base in order to day visit Verona, Venice, lake Garda and the lesser known gem 'Mantova'. All of which can be reached by local bus and Verona train stations.

We have visited a variety of bed and breakfast locations in Italy and elsewhere in the world. This is one of our favorite. Exceptional hospitality, cosy rooms, breakfast is exceptional with fresh home made biscuits, cakes and all kind of top quality products you may imagine. We already booked our next stay.

This was my 4th stop on my motorbike trip to Verona and as my wife wouldn't be meeting me until the following day I decide to stay somewhere close to town but a little quieter( took me 12 mins to ride to train station ) as soon as you arrive and are met by Roberto and vittoria you know it's going to be good quality, I stayed in a smallish room in the main house that was beautifully furnished and over looked the court yard bathroom was seperate but private, view from bathroom was better than most hotels :) As I expected the place was immaculate and very tastefully furnished, no aircon so be warned ! There was a fan in my room and it was enough slept well with shutters wide open, aircon would spoil the building and atmosphere. Walked a short way along the river to a great pizzeria for dinner. Breakfast !! As everyone else commented vittoria is a truly amazing pastry chef !!! Besides the fresh fruit, yogurts, meats and fresh bread there were 5-6 different pastries that would have won the great British bake off ! Fresh coffee freshly squeezed orange juice and I was too full to get on my motorbike Great place and great hosts and will definitely be staying again with my wife …

Casa Villa d' Arco is an amazing location close to Verona. Roberto und Vittoria were great hosts. The room was well equiped and the furniture antique. We never slept that deep in ages. The best treat of the day was the breakfast with home made cookies and cakes. The chats in the evening were really nice and Roberto informed us very well about the sights and interesting places to go to. Thanks so much we had a great time !

What a wonderful surprise. This delightful B&B is run by Roberto and Victoria who are probably the most hospitable couple I have ever met. Superb breakfasts in the courtyard, freshly cooked by Victoria and a welcome that is that of a friend. I cannot praise this place highly enough. We stayed for 3 nights, visiting Verona, tasting wine at Tuenuts St antonio and having lunch in Bardolino. Just how great can life get :-)

Just left this wonderful Bed and Breakfast this morning. We stayed here three nights and was treated so well I wish I was back there. Vittoria's breakfast pastries were a real treat. She cooked them fresh every morning and most mornings they are served in their beautiful garden. Roberto was very helpful and told us of great restaurants in the area. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We would highly recommend you stay here if you're visiting Verona or a Lake Garda, they are both a short journey away.
