the good.....the location; the reception, notably Alexandra, by a short head, although the other two were great too. They made our taxi booking, and suggested restaurants and were all delightful to chat to; the decor was fresh. the bad.......in the room, one luggage rack for a couple, why not two ?; no shower, just a handheld in a jacuzzi style bath;...

We only had a one night stop over here, but the location was perfect. A short walk to the main attractions of this beautiful city, which is well worth a visit. The hotel room was large and beautifully decorated, with a fabulous bathroom with walk in shower. Plenty of towels provided. There was also parking available outside which we paid...

Ok, so I'm still not sure which hotel we stayed in (only because it says Marco Polo Hotel on both!!) but we were in the Gallery Room (room number 254 - I think it's the only room with a balcony, so we were very lucky) and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was the p-e-r-f-e-c-t end to our holiday...

We spent a long weekend here and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, relatively spacious, very modern and comfortable. It is very central, easily within walking distance of the Arena. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast ideal.

Lovely hotel, with murals of Venice and jacuzzi baths in the bathrooms. Clean and great beds, we stayed one night and wishes we were staying longer. The only confusing thing is that it is a sister hotel to Hotel Marco Polo a few doors down, and it said on the reservation that we had to check in at Marco Polo...

Really nice location, just a stroll from everywhere you need to be (arena, castlevecchio, piazza erbe and bra, and all the nice little restaurants in the streets of Verona). Lovely cosy room, spacious enough, large bathroom with everything you need. Breakfast was served at a hotel nearby, and it was good for Italian standards (plenty of sweets). Had a little...

I booked an economy room, which was nice and clean. The bathroom was big and in the room there was enough space for our suitcases and for us to move. The wifi wasn't working in our room though. We complained with the reception a few times but nothing changed! It was very annoing. The breakfast is served in a partner...

The Gallery is a modern though disjointed approach to Hotel - with rooms remote from reception and breakfasts room. Not too remote only say 30 metres or so and across the narrow road. The room we had was functional, clean and tidy - would not like to stay much longer than the 3 nights we stayed! We were in a...

This hotel is such a quality space, really luxurious and a great value. The only trick is it is difficult to find, if you are staying at the Gallery Room, you do sign in at Marco Polo, but that's not difficult. Free wifi, warm facilities, very clean and private. I can't wait to stay there again!

I honestly expected a bit more from this establishment however it wasn't a bad stay. Unfortunately the reception and breakfast room is 5 minute walk away from the rooms are so when we arrived there was a very rude man who said we had to go check in down the street, he didn't offer to keep our bags or help,...
