Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I accidentally booked this B&B thinking it was the Giulietta & Romeo Hotel in the city center. I realized my mistake when I passed through town the week before my reservation and tried to look at the accommodations . I was unable to find anyone at the B&B and there was no contact number on my Orbitz paperwork. I was traveling alone with several pieces of luggage so I was uncomfortable wondering if someone would be there when I arrived(not to mention no way to contact a person on site if I was left standing on the street corner). Trying to cancel the reservation was a nightmare. I will never book with Orbitz again.

Delightful stay. Wonderful location. Spacious rooms. Very helpful hosts. Andrea (sp?) was very informative and welcoming. He helped us with directions and places to go--very friendly and accommodating. One negative was panhandlers wandering outside our room accosting us as we would come or go. The owner's mother was good at asking them to leave. All in all, a nice experience and we look forward to returning..

We spent there 3 nights it is a Very nice little Airbnb, right in the city center. Walking distance to the historic Arena di Verona. Clean, and quiet. The breakfast is very simple, but its ok. Very friendly staff.

We stayed at this B&B for one night on our way through to Venice. The walk into the city centre was approx. 20 minutes and there was plenty of shops around it for food. There is an award winning pizza shop close by called La Conchiglia, highly recommend. The bed was comfortable and our room had a balcony (no view). Breakfast was standard, help yourself to whatever is available. The bathroom was clean and the room had everything you needed. The lady who assisted us spoke broken english but was helpful and pleasant to deal with (pays to know basic Italian, such as 'hello' and 'my name is...') We felt safe in the area and rather than being in the centre, enjoyed the walk to and from the B&B.

Hmm. Not quiet what we were expecting but nice enough for a B&B. Clean room, en suite shower/wc. Thought there would be a kettle IN the room but we were right by the breakfast bar - no separate breakfast room. I had asked to check out later which was acknowledged prior to travelling but when we got there, there was no discussing it. We were able to stow our luggage until later. Hostess was friendly but couldn’t speak much English but then we can’t speak much italian. Smart phone apps are great. It is VERY close to the town. Ideal in location. If I was staying longer I would have expected more. The mattress was OLD and uncomfortable. A converted apartment that fitted what we needed.

Reception was detailed as 12 till 4. We arrived at 3 but couldn't access the building which is an apartment, we think, next door to the owner's. A neighbour eventually let us in ( the code is the same as the main door). There was a key in the door of one of the rooms so we assumed that was for us and went inside and unpacked. When we returned at 7, there was a pile of luggage outside our door the Gloria, the owner came in to indicate (she had no English, us virtually no Italain) that room was meant for someone else but there was no key. We had it. Seemingly the keys are inside the rooms! We would never dream of trying a closed door in a hotel room. Anyway once we relocated ( I suggested we stay there but it was "for Constanza, for Constanza")we settled and the room was spotless, and the four poster bed, comfortable. A breakfast is proided, which suited us as we rose early but supplies of croissants were limited so late eaters might be unlucky. There was cereal though there wasn't enough milk the second day, cheese triangles, some ham and toast for bread. Gloria was very friendly and keen to please, & the accommodation was very good but an improvement in check in arrangements would be very helpful. The B&B is about three minutes walk from the arena. We would probably stay again if we could assured of easier check in

This is a place for people with romantic and special interest. Together there are 3 rooms, in fact quite fascinating, but also a bit "simple". The breakfast-area was in the narrow entrance, and if you wake up late, the eggs and things was gone.. But as a conclusion: A nice and central place in Verona.

I stayed two nights with my family and had everything i needed. Our room was not to small and had its own bathroom. Tea was for free and we had our own waterboiler. The Bed was really comfortable and nice to sleep in. We had a GOOD aricondition, which was really important, otherwise I could not have slept because of the heat. The Breakfast could have a little more variety but was still very good, just watch out when you order a hot chocolate... you donot get a hot beverage but something that was more like the dip for churros. Really delicious but just not what I expectet. The best thing about this BnB is its location. You are really close to the Arena which means you are close to everything. I took me about 2 minutes to walk to it. and about 5 to get to Julia´s balcony. I hope my review helped you pick this little BnB. I would book it again. Enjoy your stay in Verona.

The b&b located very close to pizzeria era and the room is a good size with private bathroom and balcony. The parking is not free but my booking was in Sunday where the street parking is free . You must contact the owner and inform her with your arrival time and if you are coming by car to help you find a free parking.
