We stayed for just one night but the hotel was comfortable and perfectly suitable for our needs. It's an easy walk from the station. Because of Covid they no longer provide a buffet breakfast but the breakfast provided was very generous and they were able to supply various gluten-free items for my coeliac husband. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked this hotel via booking.com, when we became aware that we could not get into Italy because the airports were closed we applied for a refund. This hotel claimed that because they were open that they did not have to give a refund!! This was despite no one being allowed to stay at the hotel. This stance is against EU regulations and booking.com’s own policy for dealing with refunds. Both booking.com and this hotel refused to deal with the situation. We took the hotel to court and won, we received a full refund and more importantly these fraudsters taking opportunistic advantage of innocent people to make a quick profit had the money taken back out of their bank. We do not recommend staying with any dishonest hoteliers.

Nice friendly hotel just south of the main Verona old town. About a 15 minute walk. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with good sized rooms, smallish bathroom. Breakfast room across the courtyard serves a varied breakfast from 7.30 till 10.00. Hotel has an old building character with homely touches. Parking available at extra cost nearby.

Small hotel, very clean and on excellent location. Just 10 min walk from Arena. However there are few points to take into consideration before booking this hotel. There is no elevator, so if you carry heavy luggage, prepare to lift it yourself to the first floor. The rooms are small and tiny so if you are tall or big in any way, this might be a problem. I barely could open my suitcase in the room, and walking around the bed to hang up my clothes was impossible. The bad is also a bit short do if you are taller than 1.86cm it might be an issue. The bathroom is tiny too so for me there was no problem but I can imagine that tall ppl might have issues using it. The breakfast is very nice, but hotel is a bit creepy but in fashioned way. Nothing bad, but some of the areas look like they are made for Halloween purpose. Overall, good deal for the money if you are not too tall.

Nice and clean with very friendly staff (and very patient, as we were a big group!) within easy walking distance into Veronas beautiful town centre. Excellent Italian coffee in the mornings and a typical Italian breakfast. No complaints apart from a few mosquitoes 🦟 on the loose in the room, apart from that, you pretty much pay for what you get!
