Verona is just such a beautiful place. Romantic, both ancient and medieval and an inspiration for the story of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. This is a great hotel and quite close to everything including Juliet's balcony Staff were exceptionally helpful; breakfast and room just superb. We would return in a heartbeat to both Verona and this hotel.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this hotel just before Christmas for our wedding anniversary. On arrival, we had the friendliest of welcomes from Camilla and really appreciated the room upgrade. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was quiet, modern and spacious. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is buffet style and caters for everyone. Lots of...

This hotel has a great location just off of Piazza Bra where the Arena is located. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was wonderful. We upgraded to have a room with a balcony which only provided a view of other buildings, However at only 15 euro extra the upgrade was worth it. Breakfast, which was included in...

Thanks a lot for the review left. We are glad you enjoyed your "experience" here with us, from the breakfast time to the room's upgrade, to the comfortable location too. We really hope to welcome you as a guest here a next time in the future, so you can drink another amazing homemade cappuccino :) Happy Christmas and Happy New...

This hotel is one black off Piazza Bra in a small alley behind the Roman arena. It's very convenient to all the sites and about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. We had a very small room and upgraded (for a price) to a room with a nice balcony. The room was still really small, so it was...

Thank you for the feedback. We are happy you liked our hotel and you were fine with us during your stay in Verona. I guess you came here during the summer or around summer's end because usually concerts or other events in Arena are in that period. The price was quite high probably for that event, it completely depends if...

We stayed in the apartment a few doors down with two children and it was perfect. Warm and comfortable, the location is perfect for exploring. Good internet. No cooking facilities. Reception staff were excellent.

Thank you so much for the nice feedback you left us. Maybe you stayed in Romeo or Giulietta apartment, more or less 20 metres far away from the main entrance. They are both very comfortable for a family that wants to sleep together and go around the city very easily. We really look forward to welcome you here another time,...

I only had one night in Verona for business however it left me wanting to come back for a longer stay. The hotel's location could not have been better being only 50m from the arena. Very friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended

If cleanliness is a priority when choosing where you will stay when you are away from home this hotel does not disappoint. When it comes to cleanliness my wife and I found this hotel immaculate. Furthermore it is ideally located to all of the major tourist attractions being steps away from Piazza Bra and the impressive Roman Amphitheater Verona Arena....

Thank you for the review! I got that your judgment is all in all positive about our hotel and your stay here. We're happy you've appreciated the comfortable position, room's cleanliness and staff's kindness. I'd only like to explain you something about your two caveats. We usually ask at the check-in to leave the passports at the front-desk for 5-10...

Was greeted by Camilla on arriving, she was luvly. I was given a room just above the entrance hall (superior room i believe) a little small but everything clean and modern. Breakfast seemed nice but i only had fruit so can't really comment too much on this, also i never used the bar at the hotel. My room had a...

Thank you for the review Emma! We are all happy that you liked the room, apparently the breakfast time (believe me...next time jus try everything cause it's really great!) and the position too. The location is perfect, 1 min walk from the historical part and shops. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast and coffee is really good. But the best of all is the staff. Thank you so much for the given compliments! You appreciated the main aspects of our hotel: the position, so close to the main city's square; the breakfast in the morning but mostly the staff's politeness, that is not to be taken for granted :) We would be so glad to welcome you again! Camilla and all the staff
