Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fabulous place to stay close to the old city and all the sights. We were in Verona to go to the opera for my husband's birthday. Nabucco was simply incredible in the Arena.
Our room (312) was spacious and comfortable, and although it overlooked a busy street, the windows blocked out the noise.
The staff were so friendly with suggestions for things to do. Highlights of our stay included the WayTours food and wine walking tour, and watching the sunset with a cocktail on a hill overlooking Verona (thanks for the suggestions).
Breakfast was superb. We will definitely come back next year.

We spent two nights here for a brief post skiing visit to Verona. The hotel is well located, about 15 mins walk from the station and 10 mins from the amphitheatre. A very convenient if not eseciallypicturesque location. Although the hotel fronts onto a biggish road, the noise did not impinge on us at all, even though we had a room at the front. The decor is distinctive, in good way; coulourful and slightly bizarre furniture in the public area, less so in the bedroom and dining room.
Our room was distinctly large and very comfortable. The furniture was stylish and the bed was very comfortable and large. We had a small balcony, too small to be of much use. The bathroom was not huge but perfectly adequate, with a decent walk in shower.
The breakfast buffet was good; excellent coffee was provided and the usual array of fruit, cheese, cold meats, breads, jams, juice ... . Some cooked dishes were offered, which we didn't try. I'm not aware that dinner is offered.
The reception area doubles as an informal bar, should you need it, not the that there is any shortage of bars in Verona.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a room 314 which was a category above standard and absolutely loved the size of it, the design, the mattress was 👌🏻, the bathroom spacious with a bit of lack of hot water 🚿 in the morning but the friendliness of the staff made up for it. Excellent service, they offer a possibility to park in their garage for 15€/day and they are in the walking distance of all tourist attractions. Definitely come back 😊

This was a last minute booking as we decided to take a few days in Verona. We found this adorable hotel online and decided to book it. Upon arrival, the lobby was quirky and fun with it's décor! Full of interesting things to look at and take pictures of! The front desk staff in this hotel was top notch. They had suggestions on places they liked to eat/drink etc, that would help us avoid the tourist traps. Being a boutique hotel, they also play numerous roles. We came back with wine and wanted to enjoy it in our room and they got us an ice bucket and glasses (even helped when we needed it filled again the next day). The room was HUGE, like we could have hosted a party in it. Again it had funky/quirky décor. It also had little balconies off of it so we could stand out there and look at the stars, or the buildings next to us. The location is right on the main thoroughfare, Porta Nuova, that heads into the center of town and is a short walk to everything. Even though it looks walkable from the train station, I would suggest a taxi as the station area is a bit of a mess. I would definitely go back to this hotel, if not just to see what a different room looks like! Thanks to eveyone there for making our stay enjoyable!

This is a fabulous boutique hotel in a great location, beautiful surroundings and with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were knowledgeable of the area and always willing to recommend places to visit. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the departure we were treated with respect and always greeted with a smile.
The room was well equipped, comfortable, stylish, clean, large, and left a memorable lasting impression. You could not have wished for a better hotel or hospitable hosts. If you get the chance to stay, ask for room 114 you will not be disappointed.

This hotel is trendy but not functional. Our room 114 the UP suite had soiled carpets, dirty and cracked table top, and soiled mirrors. Cleaned it ourselves. Left the hotel for another. Don't hesitate to leave. We arrived late so slept on firm/hard bed with hard pillows and checked out

This is a good 3-star hotel with clean bed sheets and good location if you’re staying in Verona for a couple of days. The hotel is located on a busy road so if it might not be the quietest one but it’s a short walk from the center and from the railway station.

I’d like to give 4 stars but our room desperately needed some renovation and the toilet wasn’t working properly. The staff was very friendly so 5 stars for you guys!

Interesting interior style, good location - a few minutes walk to the arena and a few minutes driving to the Verona fair. Secured parking under the hotel. Loved that the room is spacious and have a balcony. Free bike rental was awesome even in the January! They have some gluten free selections at the breakfast I enjoyed. Great price for value.
Some things in the bathroom are maybe very outdated and does not look nice anymore, but didn’t bother us.

Gentilissima, thank you for your question. There are just 4 stairs from the reception to the elevator. The Romantic rooms are in the top floor and to reach them you have to use the stairs. Saluti Mathias
