Excellent stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were a good size and clean. They had a safe in the room and everything worked. We had a wonderful day at the spa. Again, everything was clean and in good condition. The breakfast, included with the room fee, was typical. The scrambled eggs were rubbery but eatable. We did ask for an omelet as well as some sunny side up eggs. They made them, BUT, the omelet was ugly and the sunny side up eggs were broken. We also had dinner one evening and the food was typical hotel food, eatable but nothing to write home about. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The hotel is right next to the airport so a taxi into town costs about 25 to 30 Euros. If you are willing to wait for the bus, it costs just over 1 euro and it takes you into the center of town where you can get a local bus. The bus stop is about is about 1/2 km from the hotel. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. …

Walking into the hotel designed by Gio Ponti Is like stepping back in time, everything has been preserved perfectly. The hotel offers all the comforts you need.... Fine dining, great helpful staff, amazing views, magnificent gardens that block out any noise. Throw yourself back in time to the 60's.....with all the amenities of today.

Standard, generic and typical corporate hotel. A bit soul-less but the room was clean and was fine for a one night stay before we started our trip of Puglia. If flying into Bari airport late, it’s ideal to lay your head but I wouldn’t stay here for longer than one night. Avoid breakfast.

After 10 days Italy and great hospitality you arrive at the Parco Dei Principi Hotel and everything you remember of Italian hospitality fades away. The arrogant way you are treated at the front desk, they should shame themselves. Who do the man and woman think they are? Later that evening we booked a taxi back to the hotel, arriving at the hotel we found out the driver only accepts cash. I asked the front desk (same man and woman) to charge my room for the cash money. They refused to help us, so I went to the airport with the driver. Been all over the world in high end hotels, but the arrogance of those 2 at the front desk still pisses me of. Go work somewhere hospitality is not an issue, they don’t get it at all. For me this is the first and last time. Then the room, I booked for 2 people, how will that work with one towel? They screw up on all fronts and I believe they do not give anything about it, otherwise the people at the front desk where not working here.…

Not my first choice and never to return. I was asked to call when I arrived at the airport and I did. I had a local number so there were no issues with communications. I called and the pick up arrived 40 minutes after that. The journey is not even 5 minutes away. After I called again, the agent told me there was heavy traffic -a total lie from hell, the road was empty and clear. It was also a Sunday , minimal movement. I was there for an event which i was late for. After I checked in, I asked to book/reserve a taxi for 12pm. I went down after finding my room and approached the front desk at 12:05 asking for my taxi service that was supposedly booked. When I asked for the car, the agent said that she had not had a chance to book because no one answered - I was made to wait 42 minutes till a car arrived to take me on my way. I believe every one was blaming everyone else and there was nothing I could do but wait and wait. Breakfast the next day which was an inclusion to the booking looked like a government school cafeteria by the side of a bus stop. The entire experience was a joke that was considered a business.…

BED BUGS!!!! (Please see photos) My room and my colleagues adjoining room had an infestation of bed bugs. My colleague was the first to notice a few days prior to me. He alerted the hotel staff and was initially dealt with very discourteously. Eventually he got the room move he requested. I started being bitter very badly soon after but incorrectly attributed it to mosquitoes. It was only when waking up with dozens upon dozens of bites all over my body I realised it was something else and discovered the bugs. The worst aspect was that the hotel staff were fully aware of this situation but failed to deal with the infestation appropriately, even keeping me in the room. A couple of days ago, without alerting me to the reason why, the cleaning staff asked me if I could vacate my room for a significant period as they had 'heavy cleaning' to conduct. It was after this process that I discovered the infestation that still remained and woke up to my situation with dozens of irritated bites. Whatever they are trying to do to deal with the situation is failing as I found bugs this morning. They are keeping the mattresses which have to be removed. The fact they kept me in that room and on that mattress knowing they had an issue was utterly inexcusable…

Buongiorno, come Lei stesso ha scritto abbiamo approfondito e capito che i clienti che hanno occupato le due camere adiacenti da voi prenotate avevano delle vecchie valigie in stoffa (molto, molto vecchie).Questi insetti devono essersi diffusi di la.L'hotel nel quale queste persone sono andate dopo essere partite da qui ha avuto lo stesso identico problema e ci hanno contattato, per avvisarci..Noi lo abbiamo già risolto affidandoci ad una ditta specializzata.Ci dispiace molto , ma non è dipeso da noi.L'hotel è nuovissimo e tra l'altro le vostre camere erano su un piano senza moquette. Ci dispiace per il disagio ma l'unica attenzione che potremo avere in futuro è di sperare che le valigie dei nostri clienti siano PLASTIFICATE e IGIENICAMENTE SANIFICATE. Avremmo gradito che Lei avesse comunque chiesto alla Reception di saldare gli extra e non di andar via senza nemmeno chiedere se per il disagio (non per nostra volontà) potessero essergli abbonati.Capiamo che ha preso la palla al balzo... The hotel is very modern and conveniently located very close to Bari airport. The hotel has a convenient free shuttle to the airport. The hotel also kindly offered the shuttle service by payment for a trip in the evening. The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful. The rooms are nicely and modernly furnished.

Very clean and modern hotel. Shuttle from and to the airport very sufficient and convenient, you just have to call the hotel after you pick up your suitcases - they even have a WhatsApp number . Gym well equipped. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ok - not great selection but enough to start the day. Overall highly recommended if you have an early flight or arrived at bari airport late.
