There’s a fast train to Bari Centrale from the airport. You can then either get a taxi or walk. We walked (took about 15/20 minutes). Theres a pedestrian walkway (Via Sparano) from the train station past all the new shops to the old town I used google maps to avoid getting lost in the old town streets. There’s plenty of cafes etc where people will help if you think you’re lost. Enjoy!
