Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable and Andrea was an amazing host, giving us great recommendations regarding beaches, restaurants and basically everything else we needed. Breakfast at Betty's was lovely too. We will totally be back.

First time ever in Brindisi and wonderful stay! Andrea is the perfect host, helping to organize everything and giving you great advices to visit the city (best restaurants, activities, ...) and the Puglia as well... he is so nice! Our room was beautiful, very zen as the rest of the B&B, in the centre of the city... Just enjoy!

We were met by Andreas and shown to our room for the weekend. The room was absolutely beautiful; clean and modern but with some lovely ‘old’ features. The bathroom was again clean and fresh, the shower easy to use with excellent water pressure. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up! Andreas met us on the first morning and took us to a nearby restaurant (Betty Cafe which was also lovely!) He ordered us croissants, coffee, tea and fresh orange juice. We could probably have had this back at the hotel in the amazing kitchen but it felt better being out on the seafront. We spent a lot of our weekend break on the rooftop terrace, sunbathing on the luxurious sun beds. Andreas even let us stay for the day after check out as we weren’t due to fly until evening. I would recommend zenthe to anyone, Andreas is so helpful and a genuinely nice guy, he really did make us feel very welcome.

I arrived late into Brindisi airport & got a taxi to the hotel... The owner appeared the following morning & we went for breakfast @ nearby cafe as there are no facilities on site, during a simple breakfast of coffee & orange juice we discussed my plans for the week & he suggested a car was imperative to get from A to B... I was a little suspicious because he, whilst appearing to be helpful, kept ringing his ‘friend’ who rented cars... eventually his calls were answered & car arrived - I was not impressed it was a very old Fiat Panda with 200,000kms on the clock but I felt obliged & took the car which turned out to be dangerous & difficult to drive At the end of my holiday I was asked to return the vehicle by 10.00am back to the hotel as I had booked a room for my last night, the car was collected by a man who didn’t say much & later on the hotel owner wanted cash only for the car & the room... You can guess the rest, the hotel whilst only two rooms is simple but expensive against other superior accommodation in the area

This small luxury B&B is situated just a few metres off the front in Brindisi. The rooms and atmosphere are amazing. We travel a lot and think this is the best place we have ever stayed. Andrea met us and gave us loads of advice on places to eat and visit. He couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The interior is dark, which adds to the atmosphere and the roof terrace is fantastic. We will be recommending Zenthe to all our friends.

1st review I have ever posted; and that is because Andrea's hospitality and accommodation were exceptional and out of the ordinary. We stayed in the 2nd floor suite which was lovely, the big bath in the room a real treat and the futon bed really comfortable. The top floor terrace is perfect for sunbathing and just chilling out. Finally , Andrea was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended some fine eating places and lent us a couple of bikes to go out and explore beyond Brindisi itself A tremendous spot for a truly relaxing experience

This tiny b@b consisting of 2 rooms is truly a zen place in a crazy city. It is located on one of the prettiest streets in town, a short walk to the water. The host Andrea, was one of the nicest hosts we ever met. This is a great place to stay if you are flying from/to Brindisi airport - the ride to the airport is 10-15 min.
