Spent 10 nights at Lu palau de Antoni in July/August and it was great. The owner, Guiseppe, is lovely and really helpful - we were greeted like old friends rather than customers! The B&B is a lovely apartment in a good location - 5 mins from the beach and 10-15 on foot from the old town. Breakfast is self-serve at...

I spent 6 nights in the Lu Palau de Antoni House in September in 2014. It is a perfect accomodation if you prefer the independence and you would like to make tours around Alghero. The owner is unbelievable helpful he gave me lots of good advice. My room was small and clean. I used the kitchen, the living room too....

We spent 2 nights @ Palau de Antoni and we have absolutely no regrets about the choice. Perfect location: - easy parking - 5min from the airport - 10min from the citicentre on foot (it's impossible to park in the old city...so it's better to walk) - good restaurants easly accessible - strategic position if you want to reach the...

We were greeted by the nice owner. He showed us all that apartment, gave tips for good restaurants and equipped us with good map of Alghero. We lived in attic room for 3 nights. Room was small but cosy and we felt comfortable. Also we could use common areas like hall, kitchen and living room. Lu Palau is about 10...

The location was great, breakfast quite good, but the room we had was badly in need of a renovation. The toilet didn't have a lid and you had to pull a piece of string to flush it! The bed was not very comfortable, the fridge leaked badly and the paintwork needed redoing. A quick renovation would turn this into a...

We were 2 and staied one week at this property. The rooms are not spacous, however you fit in and it was very clear. Coffee, Tee, and hot water maker, as well as mineral water are included in the room, such as hairdrier in the bathroom. Our host was Patrizia, who is the employee serving buffet breakfast. She was wonderful,...

It's a very nice guesthouse with a good breakfast and very friendly, correct service. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. However, we were informed that the city centre was only 800 meters, maximum 10 minutes walking. This is simply not true! According to our GPS it was 2,1 km and it seemed to be about 20-30 minutes walking!

Upon arrival we were shown to our room which was actually a loft conversion, it was so small that you could not even stand up straight in it. We were offered another room which cost us an extra 10 euros per night. The beds were so so very uncomfortable, the fridge very smelly, nowhere much to put your clothes and the...

A very enjoyable city and region - I look forward to many return trips before it becomes as chic and expensive as St Tropez. And I would like to give this B&B 5 stars, but the price pushes a bit too hard and compared to all the other prices for the trip, the Lu Palau is 15-20 Euro per night...
