We stayed three nights here. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room and bathroom were average. Conditions are absolutely satisfying for the price. Bar and the "agora" were very noisy some nights, The restaurant, food and service is more than perfect. The market place is very close so you can buy delicious local food there.

A must go in the lovely city of Catania! Young and nice atmosphere with a delicious menu, fair prices for the quality of fresh and well done dishes, adding the enthusiastic staff as a final touch. Special attention and recognition for Fulvia, a girl that nicely served us :-)

This was a great place to stay to explore Catania and surroundings. Everything was in easy walking distance. It is a typical hostel with several bunks in each room but it is clean and the staff is very helpful. The time we were there, there was no hot water so showers were a quick affair. A highlight was the restaurant...

I ate here with a large group (about 30) several days in a row each month this summer. They were able to cope with our group, get the orders right, keep the beverages flowing and provide great food at a good price every time.

Stayed in the hostel and it was good. Nice people on reception and very very helpful. Clean place and a great location. Right near the market and you can get fruit and veg first thing in the morning. The hostel was clean and the showers in the girls bathroom were lukewarm (but nothing you can't manage if you man up)...

This hostel is great for meeting people as it is next to a lively bar and restaurant which attracts lots of travellers. The location is good, next to a fish market and walking distance to the sites in Catania. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped but quite small. The hostel is next to a...

The hostel is very well located, nearby the Piazza Duomo and you can see most of the main attractions of Catania by foot, at night the Piazza down the hostel is a good point to meet and drink a beer. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they gave us tips of places and about the Etna Volcano, the only...

We didn't stay in the hostel, but visited as the food, atmosphere and underground river were recommended. We arrived at 6pm and left at midnight, and had a fantastic evening. The menu is large and varied with great vegan and veggie options as well as fish and meat. We had a mixed fish starter followed by a veggie pizza (him)...

No air conditioning. People walking in out all times of the night, turning on lights while others are sleeping. Pay €2 to rent a towel. Bathrooms are not the best. There is no keys they give you, so basically anyone can access any rooms at all times
