Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I've been here with my mom and my teen brother back in August where it's the hottest and most humid. We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B of Letizia and Maria Grazia. It's very clean, perfectly located just behind the Teatro massimo. its very central. the room we had was very spacious and there was airconditioning in every room. the bathroom and toilet is outside your room but that wasn't any inconvenience at all. Every bathroom had its own key and you could lock the door. The ladies were very fothcoming with our extra wishes like extra pillows and a flat iron. They were very helpful in giving us insider tipps like where to go, how to get there and where to eat. The building in like an apartment building with a really narrow elevator. But our luggages could fit inside and a maximum of 3 people could fit in. It is not something you would want to get into if you're claustrophobic but it does its purpose. Breakfast was good and made with love. What i liked about the breakfast room is that there is a fridge where you can put your stuff in it. Just write your name on it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. And i would stay here again given the chance.

We stayed one night at this B&B to visit Palermo: the palace is typical and elegant, the room is nice, clean, comfortable and equipped with all is needed. Even if it is close to the streets, it is not noisy we could sleep well (just in case bring your ear plugs anyway). The little balcony looks into the Massimo theatre. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is good and various. The highlights of this B&B is definitely the location: located in the heart if the historical UNESCO centre from where you can reach the main beauties of Palermo on foot (few minutes walk).the price is competitive. The service has been excellent: everything went smoothly from the initial booking to the transfer to the airport they arranged it for us (just make sure you have cash to pau for this 40 euros). Overall great service and staying. Highly recommended. Thanks Laura and Kevin

Though we arrived early we had a warm welcome and got useful hints where to go, to eat, to visit, etc. The rooms was big with a marvelous look at the back of the theatre. In the evenings, we could even hear some bits of the opera music. Thanks to the perfect location, all sights downtown are in walking distance. And there are lots of things in this town with its astonishing history. We highly appreciated our stay and can only recommend the B&B to everybody else.

Tiziana and Maria are really nice and very welcoming. They are very happy to explain you where to go in Palermo. We had a spacious room with high ceilings and with a lot of light, really charming. The bed was really comfortable too. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily..with a lot of variety. The only minor thing is that for the bathroom you need to go out of your room..but no problem of course because also this place was really clean and well equipped. So really a nice place to stay, I would totally recommend it!
