Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful however the overall amenities and service were not what one would expect of a four star hotel at these prices: this was out of season and they were not prepared to discount when we originally booked. So we were surprised to find that in this huge hotel, there were at most twelve...

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms comfortable, the location great and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was of high quality. The bus to the airport is in walking distance. An excellent stay in Palermo.

Love Italy and have been waiting to go to Sicily for a long time, we were not disappointed. The hotel was friendly comfortable and so close to all the main areas If you get the chance try and get tickets to the opera, Teatro Massimo is breathtaking. The old town and the Cathedral is a must and the shopping is...

Room was excellent located in the old part of town. Near several major roads with excellent restaurants near by. The breakfast was really great as was the Restaurant overall. The desk was very helpful with giving directions. The room was very comfortable, spacious with nice furnishings. Never heard a sound all night and slept great. Liked the bar and courtyard...

Our tour group stayed December 2nd, 2016. When I entered my room, I could hear all the noise from the courtyard below and asked for another, quieter room. I was told that everything would settle down by 7:30pm We were leaving at 4am the next morning. At 11pm the noise was unbearable and I complained loudly to the staff. They...

Elegant design but our room had some shortcomings. It was only 16 degrees when we arrived. The desk reset the heating system and that problem did not return, except that the bathroom remained chilly throughout our three night stay. On the final (Friday) night, the street noise was disturbing with many people shouting throughout the night. Certainly request a room...

This is indeed a grand hotel, in that it is large and comfortable. Converted from a former bank it misses something that really grand hotels have, a sense of history perhaps and of tradition. It seems a little unloved. The hotel is in a great location for tourist sites, perfect in fact. It is located in a quiet square off...

A classic hotel type in a central location with many sights and restaurants within walking distance. My third floor room looked into the inner courtyard and was quiet. There was a step between the bedroom proper and the entrance area and bath and also steps within the corridors. Hotel website did not mention hairdryer (so I brought mine) but there...

We stayed 2 days and loved the hotel. We had a large room with a very large bathroom. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices/options. The location is great as you can walk to the Cathedral, the theater, the sea, and there is good shopping within a five minute walk. Also many restaurants nearby.
