Located centrally This hotel has been for us a Good hotel but not a very good one! Rooms nothing special even if all basics amenities are there. The Hair dryer is designed for for men with no hairs on the head. A beautiful and impressive indoor courtyard! Breakfast was very good

A difficult one to rate. Obviously in a great location. Have a car service to park for you, not exactly cheap, but ok. Some of the staff a little "cold", but polite. Great breakfast though! The room was ok, a nice bed. Bathroom ok, but crappy hair dryer and no conditioner. Grand, but missing something.

Beautiful old hotel - classic old world elegance, attentive staff, efficiently run. Rooms were large and very comfortable. This hotel is located in the center of the shopping district and near to many historic sights.

This is a good choice for any tourist planning to visit the historic area. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, except that the Theatre Massimo was a little far. If you stay here, you will be very close to the restaurant Carrizi d'Amuri and the gelateria Al Cassaro, which are both very highly rated. Also,...

This is definitely the hotel with the most uncomfortable bathroom i have ever been with hardly enough space in the shower the dirty curtains sticking on to you. The towels should also be looked into because its felt as if I was drying myself with sand paper. The breakfast is just above average. The bed sheets were never changed (we...

The hotel is a cavernous place with spacious rooms but it feels ignored and has great potential. The staff is very nice with limited English skills. Rooms are clean clean...beds hard....shower and tub good with almost hot water - hot enough for a shower not for a bath. I would suggest taking a taxi in to the city of Palermo...

Stayed here primarily because of the location within walking distance of Vucceria and Ballaro markets, museums, churches, and the train station. Our room, 414, was large and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet on a night when the hotel was hosting a large business gathering. The window looked out on a square where there was a church and also the famous Foccaceria...

The hotel was very grand in the public areas and the bedrooms were clean, well maintained and whilst the one I was in was comfortable my companions bed had a well used mattress. The breakfast was certainly plentiful and had dishes from the local area which was good. Reception staff were very welcoming and they were very enthusiastic about their...

We visited this hotel on an overnight visit to Palermo after hours of traveling from the states. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The dining room and atrium were very impressive. The staff was very friendly and professional. Has an excellent location. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. An easy walk to Cuatro Canti....

Stayed here whilst cycling solo from Lancashire to Sicily in June 2014. Lovely grand hotel in a good location. Very comfortable and quiet rooms and great food at breakfast and loved the central atrium. However, this is one of those really disappointing hotels where you get the feeling that guests just get in the way of the staff and their...
