I has a very nice although brief stay at the Boutique BnB Dolce Vita two weeks ago for a Friday-Sunday escape from gloomy London. I was a solo female traveller but meeting a friend who was also staying here as well. Eugenio, Guiditta and another staff member all warmly greeted me throughout my stay. You can tell how much Eugenio loves his city and his recommendations of places to see was very helpful and enhanced my stay. I had a single room with a sea view that was large, bright and tastefully decorated. I love that the rooms have balconies so you can soak up the sunshine and the views or let the breeze in. I found the hotel to be perfectly situated, about a 10-15 min walk from many sights, as I didn’t want to stay in the tourist centre. Although there is a very busy street on one side, the balconies have both inner and outer doors that completely muffle any city sounds. The bed was very comfortable, I was so pleased about that! Filtered water is provided, as well as a mini fridge. I did have a neighbour who accidentally tripped an electrical fuse so the electricity went out in my room but Eugenio could be contacted via WhatsApp and immediately fixed the problem. Giuditta very kindly arranged my taxi to return to the airport. In summary, I could go on about how great the amenities were but the highlight of my stay was that I felt very welcome, safe and all staff members were so kind to me. I would gladly stay here again.

Room Tip: The BnB is next to a small park, in a nondescript heritage building so there isn’t a large sign...

This year I went to Boutique BnB Dolcevita for the first time on the recommendation of a friend and I am already sure:
it will not be the last time ♥️ ️

Very spacious rooms, modern & contemporary design, which is special at the same time.
The architecture of the ancient building was skillfully accentuated by the elegant and modern furnishings.

All of Palermo's hotspots are just a few minutes' walk away and despite the lively city center, I slept great thanks to the double-glazed windows.
The high-quality beds and mattresses certainly contributed to this.

Every day started with a delicious Italian coffee, prepared with love by Eugenio and his daughter Federica.
They both are extremely warm and welcoming hosts.

One thing is certain: I will be back very soon at Boutique BnB Dolcevita ♥️

Stayed here for a week, I would say this B&B is a little overrated. The room was basic it did have a large comfy bed though the bathroom was pretty small and when showering the water level rose over the shower tray which soaked the whole bathroom.also the sink was very slow to empty. The location was good for most things although quite noisy and a scruffy garden adjacent to the building which appears to be a hangout for some homeless people. The breakfast was ok but again could be better it was the same every day. Judith who works here was really helpful throughout our weeks stay she was very pleasant, informative and spoke good English. We had no issues but for us the B&B fell short of our expectations and was just adequate.

Overall we had a nice stay in Boutique BnB Dolcevita.

The hosts were very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious albeit a bit basic - perhaps could have done with a bit more decor and more toiletries but overall can't complain. Rooms were clean.
The location is good - about a 15 minute walk to the main street of via maqueda.
They provide a simple breakfast every morning which is just what you need before heading out for the day.

Exceptional services: building with the charm of the old completely renovated, ideally located in the center of Palermo, the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very practical. The breakfast will delight all tastes. Special mention to the manager of the establishment who has shown exceptional hospitality, unfailing availability and the most informed advice. Grazie ! Very nice and large rooms in a newly renovated building. It's actually an old structure that was saved from being a parking garage! The reception is amazing, and the breakfast spread is sumptuous. It is nicely located close to the town's center.

Only two things on the minus side. The first is that the street itself is a bit shoddy with homeless people sleeping on park benches. The second is that in the room, it says breakfast starts at 8 when in fact, it is 8:30 am which was a bit late for us.

Other than this, I fully recommend this wonderful place where we will return if we ever find ourselves in Palermo again.

This is a delightful place. Our rooms are freshly decorated, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable . Plenty of towels, shampoo and soap and a great hairdryer. The aircon was excellent and blackout curtains and double glazing meant a perfect nights sleep. The breakfast was perfect and very fresh, great coffee. The location is great too not far from all the sights to walk to easily but far enough away to be peaceful. The hosts are delightful, so welcoming and very helpful with everything. We cannot rate our experience highly enough. Thank you Dolce Vita for making our Palermo visit memorable.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May, and we would definitely stay again. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. It had a nice view towards the harbor and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Palermo. We had asked ahead of time if they served any hot eggs with breakfast (which they don't), and Judith surprised us by making scrambled eggs every morning we were there! That to us is such a thoughtful and personal touch. Judith and Eugenio (the owner) were very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of small things that needed attending to in the room (such as a burnt out light), and Eugenio came right away to fix them. The only drawback is that the building is right next to a park where homeless people stay. They are not unfriendly and do not harrass people, so we didn't mind too much.
