This is primarily a hotel but we enjoyed the sky bar on the 10th floor. Guiseppe welcomed us and readied the patio as we were the only guests on our current visit. There is a bar menu available . Having a glass of Prosecco on this lovely patio is an unforgettable experience because of the beautiful views of Palermo.

I had to travel here with my Fiancè and we only stayed one night. It was so comfortable and the staff was so nice we wanted to stay more. My fiancè is Sicilian and I, while American, speak italian too, and so communication was great. I read on other reviews the staff speaks limited english, but I think that's okay....

Stayed in this hotel for two nights..centrally located and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are located on the 10th floor and the breakfast area has a large balcony from which you can view the city and harbour. Rooms were a good size, clean and had a fridge. Breakfast was okay but only offered sweets. Staff had very...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my girlfriend a few weeks back. Central downtown location and nearby Teatro Massimo and most communications. The room was OK but nothing fancy. The hotel has a roof terrace but it's only suitable for streatching your feet and take some pictures of the nearby roofs:-) Friendly, english speaking staff and the breakfast...

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights in October. Great location: close to everything, including sea port (for those who use ferry). Very friendly stuff though not multilingual, however we had no problem to communicate. We arrived really early in the morning (before 8 AM) and were immediately provided with breakfast even though we did not check in yet and...

Arrived at the hotel to a written sign saying, "Back in a few minutes." Also gave a phone number to call. Had a reservation, yet had to stay at the Hotel Madonia which was a nightmare. The staff isn't multilingual. The hotel is located on the 10th floor of a building. The views are great. One staff member was very...

Allocated an exceptionally cramped room, that looked nothing like any of the photos online - very tired decor, and "Monka" whoever you are, thanks very much for gouging your name in the wall...nice touch, not! Really seedy grubby room, and everything else was fully booked – and although first impressions are inevitably very subjective, it’s the first time I’ve turned...

We stayed here for 4 nights last year and had an amazing time! Hotel was pretty easy to find - a straight walk up the main street from the central station. Hotel is on the 10th (i think!) floor of a building and there is a very well functioning lift all the way up. The staff were very friendly and...

“Wifi was only available in reception and breakfast area. Small elevator could only accommodate two people and luggage. Our friends had a room one level above ours and had to walk up a spiral staircase..difficult for carrying luggage. Ask for room 4 .”
