A very good 3- night stay in the hotel. The staff is polite + helpful, the rooms clean & the hotel perfectly located, at a short distance from Ortygia. If you are looking for a decent place to stay do not hesitate. All staff has been polite & at disposal

Booked this for a Sat. Night last minute. Ended up in large rm. Room 33. Nice bathroom. A king bed (two twin top mattresses but ok. Firm enough. Also two singles in the room along with a table and chairs and a desk. 500 metres from the trendy part of town. Also, parking is available. Very nice young lady checked... More

The Hotel's staff are so friendly and helpful. Although the Palace is very old the Hotel is really maintained well. Rooms are very clean with modern bathrooms. The breakfast is decent and the daily rates are affordable. To be recommended :-)

This hotel was walking distance to the Ortygia and all its sights and restaurants. It is also close to a bus stop where you can catch a tourist bus that takes you to the Parco Archeologico or to the Ortygia if you don't want to walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the reserved parking space right... More

This is a basic 3 star hotel, it is clean, comfortable and big rooms. Friendly staff, especially Veronica who guided us and told us about the main attractions in Ortigia and in Syracusa. The hotel is very close to Ortigia, a walking distance (about 5 minutes walk), free parking in the front of the hotel for guests. However, it was... More

We liked our large room, reserved parking space by the entrance door and great help to arrange an overnight ferry from Catania to Naples when our flight was cancelled at the last minute and no alternate flight was available. It is very close to the tourist buses, easy to find from the autostrada and return to it. The walk across... More

We stayed here for one night as part of a cycling trip. On the plus side - room was large, AC worked well. Everything was clean. Service was the highlight, the receptionist was very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Wifi worked well in our room although it did drop in and out a few times (no major drama). There... For me, staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The room I had was facing South-West, so it was filled with light and sun warmth in the afternoon. Also, the entire design of the room, in pale/earth colours, was so cozy, that it was a pleasure spending my time there! The room was quite big, there was enough space... More

Had a nice stay here in this friendly hotel with character. Room was nice and clean although the shower head hanger was broken. Staff were friendly and the breakfast fairly standard for Sicilian Hotels. Free wifi available but like everywhere in Sicily it seems to go missing for the occasional 10 minute spell. The location is great as although it's... More

I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel, internal noise that is. The hotel is tiny , inside its like a house that has had floors/ceilings removed to transform open areas for a reception area. This results in noise travelling upwards easily. I think its popular with young students as its so cheap, and no staff asked them to... More
