Everything someone would need for a trip to florence! A nice 10-15 min walk to the centre of florence along a street with no cars. Surrounded by restaurants, appertivo bars, restaurants, and gelato (especially on the way to town) Giovanni and Sandra are lovely! They are excellent hosts and more than helpful with ideas on things to do and when...

We had the most wonderful five days stay with Sandra and Giovanni. Sandra speaks excellent English and the warm welcome made it a home away from home. She was wonderful at giving us information on anything we wanted to know and made us feel so comfortable. We had a room that opened on to the beautiful garden and it was...

Giovanni and Sandra, the owners, are extremely nice people and helped us with a lot of tips for the visit of Florence. We enjoyed the view from our bed to the garden and slept as a log. The breakfast was created with love (even gluten free when you ask) and served with a smile. Orti di Cimabue is located a...

We stayed here for 3 nights during our Europe trip. The walk from the Termini is about 30 minutes but it gives you a great way to learn the city layout. Once you are there though you won’t need to train station as all the major sights are within walking distance from the B&B. The directions to the B&B were...

Sandra the owner couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Provided a huge amount of help and advice about Florence and what to see and do. Facility is a 10-15 euro easy taxi ride from Firenze SMN. Garden rooms are fabulous, spacious and really feel cozy and comfortable. The place is just off the beaten tourist track, so you have...

Stayed for 2 weeks June 2012. Ori di Cimabue was for me an excellent and economical place to stay. It is situated about 2km from the Central Station (30min walk, there are buses). Just along the road there is a supermarket and around the corner a car rental outlet (which solves car parking problems). The local cafes and shops tend...

The pensione is quite simple but kept quite clean and tidy. The owner are very friendly and very helpful. It is a bit out of the way but an easy walk to the center. Over all a positive stay but we found the breakfast (which was not included) to be expensive for what was provided.

My husband and I took our first trip alone without kids. We traveled from Rome up to Florence. We booked this room based on all of the wonderful reviews and I would like to add mine. We were greeted by Sandra and Giovanni, both very kind and caring. Our room was cleaned from top to bottom. The linen was fresh...

What a wonderful place to stay in Florence! It is located a bit of a walk from the main area, however as you walk into town, you can pass by many of the interesting attractions, so it was not a problem at all. The street he lives on is fairy quiet and away from a lot of the hustle and...

“I haven't seen the other rooms, so I don't know about them, but ours opened onto a patio/garden where we could eat breakfast. Not sure how many of those rooms there are, I think one or two, but that was a great feature.”
