There is no lifts at this hotel, and the "reception" isn't on the main floor. During our stay, I went a couple of times to the reception room and never saw anyone. Very well located, but disappointing hotel. Our room was very nice, had a king size bed and a bathroom. We were really pleased when we saw it but,...

I always take some time to answer to review, not be influenced by the first impression. Thank you for letting us know your opinion. I am happy you focus on our strenght point as location and the room furniture. It is clearly written in every description of our Guest House that there is no lift. We have a reception time...

Friendly, family run location. Easy walking distance to all the sites and train station. Secure. Quiet. Good A/C. Comfy bed. What more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend for a short stay or a longer stay.

We stayed at the studio, and the room was very comfortable and clean. From the Sette Angeli we could visit most places by foot. Very close to Mercato Centrale and also the train station Santa Maria Novella. Was a great place to stay for our Honey Moon!

Literally 5 minutes from S. M. Novella train station and walking distant to almost everywhere. The staff (Maria, you are the best) was so friendly and helpful. She helped us plan our day trip to Tuscany country side (Siena, Chianti County, etc), which bus to take and even phoned the hotel of our next destination for us.

I went in Florence just for one night with an American friend. The B&B is perfect!! Very clean, quiet, and Mirko is a very kind person. It is placed in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walking from the most important places. I will go back for sure and setteangeli is the perfect place. Suggested to everyone!!!

Nice clean hotel with modern rooms set in an old building. The rooms are spacious with nice modern bathrooms (shower only in our room). We had a room on the front side of the building overlooking the street which made it a little loud, but the rooms have AC and very nice black out shutters to darken the room, making...

Lovely rooms, newly renovated bathrooms. Coffee and tea always avaliable. Staff very friendly, Nina was full of helpfullness and charme, and made our stay perfect. My only wish is that breakfast should be included, but you can't have everything... Loved the rooms.

Clean rooms, there is a mini kitchen too. The place is not luxurious but good for the price you pay. Good location with a good restaurant across too. Reception lady, Maria is friendly and also helpful, marked out our maps and gave us good advices.
