Don't be surprised by the entrance to the building like we were. It was a great place. There is no lift but it's not a problem bc it's only one set of stairs. We booked one of the new rooms and really liked it. The location is great! Make sure there are no mosquitoes in the room which can happen...

Don't be fooled by the entry to the building or reception area. Make sure you book the recently renovated rooms with private bathroom and you won't be sorry. Great location and fantastic price. Reception very helpful with tourist information and places to eat.

We booked a standard room and the lady of the hotel was kind enough to give us their Deluxe room with a beautiful garden view. The receptionist was very hospitable, Towels and Toiletries were provided and the air-conditioning works very quickly. Elevator doesn't work, located on the 2nd floor it is a walk up. They do have good wifi connection. Room was clean but for a bed&breakfast no breakfast was included. I booked through booking.com (5) nights came to about $470. Decent location for walking around. About a $10 taxi from train station (Santa novella)

There is really nothing bad you can say about this hotel, as it delivers exactly on the things it promises - until you remind yourself how much you paid for it and realize that none of the small things that make a stay in a hotel above average were present. Rooms with bathroom, good location, central but quiet, free internet...
