Location 👍👍👍small piazza, just a minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. Eventhough the room looks bigger on picture, it was nice. Shower head needs to be fixed. No parking provided. Parking in Florence is quite expensive 35€/day I would recommend this place.

Great location. Basic room. Friendly service. I think we got the dunce room. Very small with the bed against the wall on two sides. Others looked bigger but web pictures are deceiving. Fantastic location however and a friendly welcome. Overall clean hotel.

Hotel is clean and located in a great location! Very convenient. Simona is very helpful and friendly. The only lacking is no 24/7 receptionist so if we need something late night or early morning, could be troublesome.

The Reside a Castilla had not more than location and friendly service to offer. The quality must be categorised as 'basic', our room had the smell of cigarettes. Very good location. You could walk down the stairs a day be in the center of attractions

Lorenzo gave us a choice of available rooms, listing the pros and cons of each. Our room was large and though it overlooked the Ponte Vecchio (& the crowds!), it was quiet enough. Set back in a quiet courtyard, right in the middle of a very walkable visitors heaven.

We spent three nights at Residenza Castelli in May 2016. The location just could not be any better. If we would have just been looking out the window it would have been perfect :-) The Ponte Vecchio is literrally a few steps away and you are close to everything that matters. Lorenzo is also the gem of the house, his...

This place was everything we were looking for and more. By far the best place we stayed along our Europe trip. Everyone was so welcoming and made the experience great. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruit, juices pastries and coffee as well as serving pretty much anything you wanted. We made it a point there to enjoy breakfast each day....

The place is super cozy, clean, and its in the middle of everything! Margherita is super nice and attentive, helped us with the bags, recommended things to do and made us feel at home. The minibar has a couple of complementary things which was really nice! Im going back for sure the next time I'm in Florence!

When I travel, I want two things from the place I stay at..... It needs to be clean and it needs to be central...! Residenza Castelli was spotless....!! Clean, fresh and warm! As for the location, from our window we were a stone throw away from the Ponte Vecchio...!! You can't get more florence than that!! Just perfect!!
