Just beside the river Arno, this is a type of a hotel that still preserve the old style and furniture. Here, one will find good and worm atmosphere and great, very hospitable people - one will feel like home. 😊 Since the very fist day, one will feel very, very welcoming. Very personable service and warm accommodations. Manuel and Barbara were TOPS in our books. The breakfast accompanied by the Latin music in the morning made our hearts happy. Best yogurt and healthy options We have encountered of all the hotels we stayed in Italy. Lots of ambiance and care from the owners. We would definitely stay there again upon our...

Easily accessible by car, staff was ok, rooms fairly large and clean. Breakfast was ok-ish, but nothing exceptional I would say. Coffee quality way below what one could expect in Italy. We reserved, quoting, "room with patio access", but as it turned out, there is no patio access from the rooms and additionally, its closed because of winter. Rooms were...

Very pleasant hotel. Don't expect anything fancy, but expect: a big, room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom, breakfast with products of good quality and great cakes (obviously home-made, some still warm in the morning). Bedclothes, towels - clean and frequently changed. Tea-making facilities. Good wifi. Good air-conditioning. Great location, five minutes walk to Santa Croce and numerous bars, pubs and...

Stayed here for 4 nights. I wish I would have caught the couples name that worked there, very friendly and so helpful. I thought breakfast was great with a lot of selection. It is a good walk to center of Florence. The only negative I have to report (and I hate to do that) but the room we had the...

Emmanuelle was warm and welcoming for tired travellers, who had not been sleeping well for a number of nights. The room was large and clean, with a good size bathroom, the towels are simply lovely. After four weeks of travel, the beds were comfortable and the room cosy against the cold nights. Breakfast is generous, with a wide range items...

We escaped another hotel and checked in around 8:30 pm. Barbara was warm and welcoming and recommended an excellent restaurant nearby Baldovino. She also marked up a map showing us how to walk to see all the places we wanted to. Breakfast was plentiful, cappuccino excellent, rooms clean and spacious. The hotel is close enough to walk everywhere and quiet...

My brother's boss traveled to Florence on his honeymoon and recommended that we stay here and we couldn't be happier for the recommendation. Emmanuelle and Barbara gave us an authentic experience and treated us extremely hospitable, Emmanuelle taught some me some italian and jokingly said to practice and come back next year, perfect reason for my dad to get his...
