Very bad experience.. no water in toilet or bathroom especially if u stay in 5th or 4th floor.. even if there is water , the water pressure is too low to even take a bath..even the staff could not do anything about it. No wifi in rooms.. the only good thing about d hotel was that it is near by...

I'll start with the negatives. The shower was over the toilet and the bathroom was tiny so every time you had a shower the bathroom flooded. There is no wifi in the rooms, it is only in the lobby so you have to sit down there if you want to use it. Big negative for me when you want to...

The hotel is rather tired and a tad shabby, but clean, right near the station and the City Centre. If you are on a budget- and if you are travelling by train and toting luggage - its a good choice. Bathrooms have been updated - the staff were very helpful.

This was rather disappointing. The decor, the old furniture, the old linen, and your tiny bathroom is also your shower and the water runs out into the room. The breakfast was disappointing with pastries not so fresh. No view. The only plus point is that it was a 100 metres from the train station.

Where to start - terrible beds, internet didn't work, lift broke down, breakfast was terrible. just don't even bother, this place needs some major work or to be gutted and start again! The only redeeming feature was that 1 of the service staff was helpful, the other guy didn't seem to give a damn.

The hotel is rather worn and run-down. Centrally located, but the condition of the premises is not satisfactory. The hotel is in need of a renovation. Wi-fi does not work in the rooms, only in the lobby and the corridors.

Hotel is just 5 mom walk from Florence railway station. This is the biggest plus of hotel. Other than that for price it quotes it's pretty decent. If you need hotel just for sleep and bath it is for you. We had taken room on top floor. Room was big compared to other hotel I found in Italy. Bathroom was...

If you want a bed with a shower this pretty much ticks all the boxes. How ever the air conditioning unit never worked in the room the breakfast was very minimal. They cleaned the room daily which was a good. The location was a positive near some local shops and restaurants.

We chose this hotel due to the convenient location. It was very easy to find and certainly handy to everything, markets, food, train station, tours...... Room was very basic but served its purpose perfectly.

Stairs are dirt and smell like a toilet room. In the shower soap and shampoo would be in a generous quantity if we were some of the Schtroumpfs. In the room the window doesn't open completely because hits the table. WIFI works only at the first floor (and it’s slow like a s**t) OK: it’s Florence, we’re near the railway...
