Reasonable price. The location is bit far away from the Central Station and not east to find. Nuns are so nice, they arranged a big room for me. The bed was not so comfort, I can't sleep very well in the night time, but the washroom is good, tidy and clean. The breakfast is ok, but don't expect too much.

Ok, we ended up in a smaller room because the light was going out. We asked to be moved to it after bulb was replaced, this never happened. The noise from the street outside is loud!!!! The beds are ok, but to firm for us. The mattresses sit on plywood. The shower head in our room 19 needs to be...

A perfect place for the traveler who does not need all of the accoutrements of a full service hotel. The facilities are located in an old building and run by a group of nuns. One's first impression upon entering is a sense of calm. The building is very well maintained with antique furniture and what appear to be 17th century...

I found the convent on MonasteryStays.com and it was a great place to stay. A short walk (few minutes) from the train station down Via Nazionale (turn left at the corner where the McDonalds is, right across from the station) and so close to everything. Just take a right out of the front door, another right at the first corner...

It was hard to believe that something so close to the train station could be so peaceful. You get buzzed in through the big heavy wooden door and take the elevator up one level, enter through another set of wooden doors, and all the noise and bustle of the street are left behind. The place is essentially a dormitory for...

We stayed in the monastery for two nights, and my mom and I loved it! The room was very much like a dorm (which is what I think it is used for during the year), and was the biggest room we had during the whole trip in Europe. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The nuns were wonderful and welcoming,...
