When my boyfriend and I visited in January, we stayed in a private double-bed room. The room ended up being a lot bigger than we had expected, equipt with our own bathroom and little kitchen table. It's typical with staying in any hostel to expect to hear a decent amount of noise, and it wasn't too bad in general. It's...

I liked this hostel a lot! Good size lockers, big enough to fit a small suitcase. Bring your own lock, of course. Outlets right next to your bed. I stayed in 8 room female dorm, wasn't too crowded. Met alot of people for only being there one night. Great location. 10 min walk to Santa Maria novella station! Each dorm...

The breakfast is very good - one of the best breakfast that I have had in hostel. They have Sausage with cabbage, scrambled eggs, baked bean and a wide range of selection. You can also make espresso. The design of the hostel is very good. It is also clean and in good location. The only downside is the room is...

It's a hostel in Florence near the train station and near some great bars, within walking distance to everything. It's one of those factory type hostels where you are always surrounded by dozens of other people, but it's decent value for your money, with a nice patio, working wifi and a plentiful breakfast. The staff will also help you find...

Stayed two nights here. Generous buffet breakfast each morning : scrambled eggs, poached eggs, baked beans, salad, fruit, fried rice, cereals, toast, coffee machine. Nearby the back of the SMN train station, only a 5 minute walk to the train station. A bit noisy but it's an old building so the noise echoes. Bathroom was inside the room shared by...

It is a nice hostel in a good location. The full breakfast provides a nice start to a busy day. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. However, the overnight clerk was rude and demeaning. I don't know if he didn't like Americans, older guests, or just me. There is a reason why human beings smile at each other....

The hostel is very charming and well localized! You can easily walk to the train station and main tourist atractions. The rooms are clean and confortable. The common spaces are nicely decorated and the terrace and open areas are very pleasent! The overall infrastructure was really satisfactory. The breakfast is impressive for the variety offered! And as it is included...

The reason behind the title "Brillant" is because they actually set up the hostel the way all hostels should be setup. Hot and cold water dispensers available 24hr, fast wifi. I stayed in a 8 bed share dorm, fortunately only 2 others were staying, but spacious layout, large lockers, comfortable beds, clean and nice bathrooms. The free breakfast is great...

This hostel is located close to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) around 5-10 minutes away and close to the Duomo too (other 10 minutes walking). I stayed in a room next to the dining room which is not ideal. Everyday I woke up around 5.30 am with noise coming from the kitchen. Late at night there was some...
