The room itself was ok, wifi was 2euros which they didn't specify and we weren't allowed to control the air conditioning which left us freezing in the middle of the night. But worth it for the convenient location. The man at the desk, however, was rude, unhappy to serve us, and outright angry when I requested to print my boarding...

A roper guided me to the hotel from the train station promising inexpensive but clean accommodations. The room was very large with a high ceiling and balcony. The staff didn't speak much English and seemed to scream a lot at each other and at the customers in a non-threatening, almost friendly manner. The staff seems to smoke a lot and...

2 star hotel close to the train station. There is no metro system in Florence so be prepared to walk a lot which is lovely, as everything is within close proximity to the hotel. Beds were comfortable enough, rooms huge and airy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Firenze.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the railwaystation and centre. The roofterrace is wonderful, with a great view. But the rooms look nothing like the pictures on Internet. I think the pictures are taken in the 3-star hotel Anna-Bella nextdoor, run by the same people. In hotel Bijou the rooms are very small and drab, like...

On arriving at Hotel Bijou after a long journey we were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist who informed us that we did not have a booking even though we had an email with a reference number and confirmation of the booking. A half hour of the receptionist and a staff member yelling at us ensued with the receptionist blaming us...

We stayed for three nights at Hotel Bijoux, and it went very well. We spent our entire days out and about, so we were only here in the evenings before going to bed and in the mornings, but the staff were welcoming and accommodating and the rooms sparse but comfortable. The bathroom floors often flooded with the use of the...

Only rating it this so you'll see but this was a terrible hotel and the manager is a terrible human. Has absolutely no costumer service skills. Or plane was changed a day so we had some of our other friends stay in our room since we didn't get to and she tried to recharge us the room price even though...

We booked the Hotel Bijou directly because there was an eccellent offer on their site. We paid ONLY $34 for a double room during High Season! The room was very clean, they give guests an electric anti-mosquito device. WIFI is free and connection is OK. Visit the rooftop terrace, you will not be disappointed!

This place was terrible. I had to pay for the wifi even though it was advertised as free. The staff was very hostile towards me. I was yell at for the first 5 minutes of being there. The room had mosquitoes and wasn't very clean. Do not book here. The worst hotel experience I've had.
