Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

We locked our keys in our room, tried their 24 hour emergency number #40 times (they only provide service 6 hours daily)no one answered. Locked out for 24 hours, no access to my heart medications. No apology or refund for our night sitting overnight in their tiny, furnitureless lobby. They refused us contact info for the general manager. Terrible customer service.

Great location but wouldn’t recommend staying here. We booked a 4 night stay and on the second night we left our one key provided behind and were locked out when we got back. Although they make it clear they do not staff the front desk 24 hours, they do clearly list a 24 hour phone number on check in paperwork and signs on the front desk that we can call if anything is needed. We called that line 30+ times throughout the night without an answer. We ended up sleeping on the lobby floor all evening. Upon the apologetic morning staff arriving in the morning, we were told that this specific incident has happened before to other guests, too. The staff on site were very kind and wanted to find a way to refund us the night, but they stated their manager would not approve and the manager was unwilling to talk to us about the incident. Be careful on what is advertised versus what is actually offered and the transparency of this establishment.

This was a great experience from the moment of booking to the end of the stay. We were arriving very, very late due to flight delays but had received information prior on how to get into the building & to our room. We were absolutely exhausted but completely awed by the view of the Duomo from our room which made the travel challenges all worthwhile. We were awakened the following morning to another breathtaking view of the Duomo & the ringing of the bells - amazing, awesome, magical. Our room was simple but clean & met our every need. Breakfast was served on the balcony/roof with amazing views of the Florence skyline. Simone at the front desk was so accommodating & kind helping with our bags & ordering a cab when we went to the train station at the end of our stay. We highly recommend the Palazzo Grazziani & would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Views from the rooftop terrace! The breakfast is included and very good. Our room was large, beds are comfy. The location is 20 minute walk from the train station. We took a cab and it was approximately 20 Euro. It is centrally located to all of the attractions and is super quite at night! Our family of 3 loved ot here and will definitely stay again!

I came to Florence to visit my daughter who is there for 3 months, and wanted to stay close to her apartment. Palazzo Graziani was a great location. Close to her, but to lots of other stuff too. I had the larger double room for single use. The room was very clean, had great light, and a charming Tuscan feel. The terrace was so nice--it was too chilly/windy to be out there as much as I had hoped but even sitting next to the windows overlooking the view was terrific. Never quite figured out the thermostat--wanted to turn heat on one night but couldn't get it to switch on, but it wasn't really cold so it was fine. The walls were thin and I was awakened by weird noises sometimes (sometimes it sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor above my room in the middle of the night, sometimes there were loud voices outside my door).Since they're still not serving breakfast I would have loved a coffee option in the room or lobby. Overall, really loved my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

When booking accommodations for a week in Florence, I wanted a Tuscan feel. This B&B had this in droves, with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floor, shuttered windows, and incredible views onto the Duomo. The place, tastefully decorated with Florentine art, was immaculately clean, and the cleaning crew left the room spotless every day. The room was comfortable with lockable wardrobe and safe, generous-sized shower, and expected amenities for a B&B room, including tea service and travel-sized toiletries. The only problem was that the walls are rather thin, so in the evenings I heard a man having a very loud conversation (in Italian), but couldn't tell where he was. Breakfast was robust by Italian standards, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, and sliced deli meats as well as a staggering array of pastries and sweets, as well as cold cereals, milk, coffee, tea, and juice. I know some other Americans complained about the lack of hot food, but that is quite uncommon for Italian breakfasts. The short hours for the front desk staff was at times difficult to handle (they are only there from 9am-noon and 3-8pm), especially if one needs assistance before striking out for Florence's sights, many of which open at 8:15. However, entry to the building (built in 1500!) and the very modern elevator was easy and appreciated. The B&B is well situated, with restaurants, shops, and a charming coffee shop all within a couple minutes walk.

Great stay! Close(ish) to train station and even closer to Duomo. The terrace is what sold us. We loved the views from the top. The breakfast was okay but do not drink the espresso from the machine haha. Not the best. The rooms were well kept and spacious in comparison to the other hotels in Italy. This cute hotel was tucked away in one of the many alley/streets of Florence.

This B&B was exactly as described. We had a spectacular view from our room! The rooftop patio also had an amazing view and a great place to start the day with the typical Italian breakfast fare. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and ordering a taxi. A great location with walking distance to the Duomo and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This met our expectations of a small and basic but very clean room, with a central location. As we were only in Florence for 2 nights we wanted somewhere we could easily access the tourist sights from. This was perfect for that - 7mins walk from the Duomo, a bit further to the Uffizi etc. The views were also incredible we’d assumed the photos on their website exaggerated this so were pleasantly surprised! The staff were a little grumpy - didn’t give great directions for our arrival (by car - a little stressful, parking recommended nearby was close but expensive and operated by very rude attendants). The breakfast was also pretty basic, some decent coffee at least would be a welcome improvement.
